Chuck went through and thoroughly checked each unit on a 6 unit house and worked with our staff to determine what the next steps were during the project including duct cleaning. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

System was not properly cycling out water condensation. Andrew devised a better way for it to do that, and then installed it.

Robert the Tech came promptly and went to look over the situation. He determined what was wrong and gave me optionsfor repairs. He then repaired my AC quickly and stuck around to make everything was working correctly.

My mini split was only about two years old that the builder installed in my tiny house had the outside unit stop working. After calling other local companies who refused to look at it Progressive sent Robert G out to look at it. He got on the phone with the manufacturer and got a new circuit board ordered. Came back and tried to install. Wrong circuit board. Mind you manufacturer is in Florida but took a week both times to receive. The second circuit board worked but quit after a week. Manufacturer doesn’t honor warranty so rather than keep spending money on a garbage unit. I got Progressive to quote me to install a new Carrier ductless mini split. I had already researched and had a quote from a couple of years ago to replace so their quote was right in line with everything I researched. Yesterday was the day for install and a thunderstorm started through at start time. I had fully expected them to reschedule the replacement but Donovan S and Justin B came just as it started raining and worked in the pouring rain. Because the builder of my tiny house installed the original unit during the build they ran the lines in the walls to the outside unit. They were out there pulling out the old lines and installing the new lines on the exterior wall too. They even plugged up the holes from the builder outside under the house. I was skeptical how nice it would look to have the lines outside but I am very happy with how it looks. I have some leftover paint that matches exterior color so I will paint them. Overall every person I dealt with at Progressive was great and very helpful. I don’t normally write reviews but I thought that Progressive was honest and professional because I have worked with techs who are not and had horrible experiences. Robert said he has had previous experience with tiny houses too. Oh, the mini split I replaced was an Air-Con International. Do not get one.

This is a great company. They sent Chuck out within 24 hours. Hunter was great settling up the A. C.installation. McKinley did a great job installing the system, cleaning the ducts, and cleaning the driar vents. Highly recommend Progressive.

I can trust what he says and he takes the extra time to explain the problem and the best way to solve it at the lowest cost. His assistant Ethan was very professional, polite and well mannered. Andrew and Darren were great! I had 3 companies come out and they were the only ones who actually went up and checked to see what the problem was instead of relying on the original diagnosis. Instead of the $14,000 the original company said to replace the system, they explained that the system was ok and I only needed to pay $360 for a part.

Mike is the best! He came out so quickly to repair a leaking spigot/pipe. As usual Mike was on time, he does a thorough job, he works efficiently and the repair was reasonably priced. It is a pleasure dealing with him. I also enjoyed meeting Ethan, his new assistant. Thank you for another job well done!

I have had progressive for past few years and the company has always been professional. I have always had a technician with great attitude and has always been very professional.

Our AC went out at 7 pm on a Saturday. The repairman arrived around 8 pm that evening. We had to order a part in order to repair the unit and it was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday. Our repairman, Andrew, went out of his way to drive and pick up the part on Sunday so we could have AC restored that day. Exceptional Service! I highly recommend this company.

Technician (Chuck) is very knowledgeable on HVAC. He explained about our HVAC system with zone control in details on how our system works and what it should have for the system to operate properly.
