Took waaay longer than expected (2 weeks) just to find out I need a new charging cable. People I dealt with were really friendly and courteous. I'd go back to purchase a gaming PC but not a laptop.

Unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful staff. From computers to printers, to supplies, Quality can't be beat. Their Quality Care Suite maintenance offer is money well spent and highly recommended. For totally incompetent techno folks like me, the staff at Quality keeps me up and running. Dakota with the Quality Care Suite program is absolutely amazing with his patience and explaining steps in your computer's performance. Before you buy anywhere else, please at least give this great local store a try - you'll be so glad you did!

As a lifetime techie and small business man myself, I love to support a local business that offers pc repair services and hardware rather than just going to Amazon for parts. The staff knows their stuff and are very professional. It is so convenient to hand your hardware to pros when you don't feel like working on certain projects yourself due to personal workload. Time is money and their time has certainly been worth my money. Highly recommend!

I was really pleased with my experience with quality computers. It was my first time going there and I was a little nervous. But they were all very professional, got to my computer in a good amount of time and fixed my issue wonderfully at a good cost. My apple computer was running slow and he advised me to replace the hard drive with a faster one. It zips now!

These guys were the best computer experience ever. They built a new computer for us and transferred all of our data from a very old very corrupted computer. All of our data from our business was saved. They patiently put up with all of our phone calls and questions. We were so happy we bought a second one for our business. The price was great and service outstanding.

I broke my charger in my laptop took it to them to see if they could remove the piece out of the port. They took my laptop I'm the back came back said my port would have to be replaced an its is saudered on the motherboard so they will have to unsauder an redo the new one a
n it will cost me $250. So that didn't sit we'll with me I took my laptop elsewhere they looked at in the back came back with the piece in hand an said have a great day quality computer is a rip off.

Great place to take your computer. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They could have done what I asked and charged me upwards of $450.00. Instead they were HONEST and gave me a great and much less expensive solution to my computer's problem. I will be a for ever customer! Thanks so much folks!
