Rude and liars. Lowes uses this company and I will never do business with Lowes again for using such unprofessional companies. If you lie about an appointment time what else will you lie about. I can tell by the quality of the people that I've dealt on the phone at this company that they don't care about customer service or their rating on Google or anything. I don't know how he gets enough business to stay in business. Probably the business that Lowes continues to feed them and people get stuck with this company. I would not want someone like this in my home repairing anything.

And then, after everything three hours later, their automated system calls to confirm the appointment for one of the two days that they originally said.

Had a schduled appointment through lowes protection, took day off, nobody showed up. Called the office they said someone will call me back, no call back. Called again today, put on hold, hung up on. Called back and was stuck in their system on hold. Will call lowes and get another company.

Rattigan's Rapid Repair is a rude and overpriced company. They will make a random repair on something that you doesn't address the issue. Mr. Rattigan himself, while initially kind, lacks the patience to explain what the issue is at core and demands that you pay MORE to get service for the initial service. Do not recommend and suggest ANY other company but this one.

I would leave negative stars if I could. Disgusted. We have had an ongoing issue with our fridge not cooling properly. After 4 visits, and replacing parts that don't need replacing, to then being told by the supervisor Jonathan that he would call Hisense and try to work out another solution for us and that HE KNOWS there's an issue with our fridge, to now having to call again (which has taken me two days to get through), I was just told by Eli. (if that is his real name) that there's nothing more they can do and that the fridge is running to specs. So basically we're stuck with a fridge where our food keeps going bad because it isn't cooling properly, and now Rattigans "Rapid" Repair aren't responsible, but hey, we can call Hisense and discuss it with them. Well Jonathan already knows that Hisense customer support are useless, and so what is calling Hisense going to achieve? So basically all this time and energy wasted with their stupid repairs that haven't fixed anything. We have been waiting for Jonathan to call us for 2 days now, and since it has now reached COB Friday as of yesterday, I am posting this review. You think we have nothing better to do than wait around for you guys to do the right thing? Now after waiting for a phone call from Jonathan himself, which I knew would never happen because he doesn't want to be bothered with us anymore. Hisense is useless, and so too is Rattigans Rapid Repair. Beware and do not use them. They will just waste your time and then slam the phone down in your ear. Not happy. We paid for extra service on this Hisense fridge, and this isn’t at all what we expected. Jonathan should have AT the very LEAST, called us and explained the situation.

Guy running the phones has got to be the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to. Its a shame he’s the only tempurpedic repair man in the area otherwise he’d never have my buisness. If the way he presents his buisness doesn’t scare you away hopefully these reviews will

Scheduled an appointment without confirming or even reaching out to us, sat on hold for 30 minutes before anyone answered the phone, only to be greeted with an Incredibly Rude person who hung up on us within 40 seconds.

Lowe’s referred me for a wall oven repair and these guys were great! They confirmed that they had received the Lowes referral, did a phone diagnostic to know which part to order and showed up on time and professional during the entire repair. Very happy with this warranty repair

Sony recommended me to this company after informing me that my Sony Bravia 65” TV would need to be scheduled for repair. With this recommendation coming from Sony, I figured this would be a decent place to have the repairs done. Trust me when I say to believe the reviews and AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Save yourself the headache. The only thing that was “rapid” about this repair was them coming out to collect their $100 diagnostic fee (which I would appreciate being refunded for, considering they didn’t hold up their end of the bargain). Communication was nonexistent throughout the whole process. I was always the one who had to initiate the phone call to inquire about the status of the part I was waiting on, and was always met with a lie, which was mostly, “I’m going to see what’s going on with your part and give you a call right back. ” Yeah, don’t hold your breath if they ever feed you that line. With all that being said, that’s even if you’re lucky enough for them to pick up the phone in the first place! I initially called the company in mid March and had been getting the run around for 2 months before deciding on getting the repairs done with another company, (who was able to do what they couldn’t in 2 months within 2 days for a much cheaper price, and the TV is now working like brand new). How this company is still in business is mind blowing to me. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Only reason they’re getting the one star from me is because that’s as low as the review would let me go. But if you're wanting your money and time wasted, by all means, look no further!

Oven recall on Zline.they gave me this number to call to set up repair, 2/1/23. Actually talked to human one time and they said repair person would call back with scheduled time. That was on 3/27/23, it is 4/17/23 still trying to get in touch with them!

These people are rude as hell, my washer started leaking from the bottom so I did a service claim. The warranty company automatically chose this janky repair service and they called to order parts before even coming out but made an appointment and stated they do things differently than the warranty company! Guy that answered demanded we choose another company! I would never go to them

I only gave them a STAR because it wouldn't let me post otherwise or I wouldn't have gave them that. Called this company and they didn't even have me in the system but was supposed to be at my house that day! Person was extremely rude and unprofessional.not sure why HOME DEPOT / ALLSTATE uses them but I can assure you I won't!

I spoke with Rattigan’s this morning about a repair service that was scheduled for today 1/20/2023 and was RUDELY advised that no one would be fixing my dryer only triage today which I had already told the store what was wrong when the claim was made. The man from Rattigan’s got very offensive when I advised that I had already advised this issue and just needed it fixed. He went on to say well we tried to call you and verified info. I advised that all I want is my dryer fixed but unfortunately they have to triage AGAIN the situation even after you’ve reported it to the servicer and then they schedule your service. I was not advised of this and was upset. Instead of empathy, the RUDE MAN on the phone decided to hang up on me after saying he will not be called a liar. I CALLED BACK and he said he REFUSED the service call and did not want to do the job. He said call another service company and hung up again. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME with this unprofessional company. I will be sure to tell ALL of my contacts that this company needs to be trained on PROFESSIONALISM but as for now…. RATTIGAN’s Is a NO Go! Find a company that understands a customer’s frustration and are willing to show empathy and assist with Getting job done in a TIMELY manner. JUST RUDE
