Absolutely the best! I received a promotion from my job and literally was looking everywhere for a place to live for me and my kids. I talked to Ms. Brandy and Ms. Rita and they were able to get us into a place we can call home! I love have they kept a line of communication with me I didn’t have to keep blowing up their work phone about my application. I was completely honest with them and I love how they were honest with me. They don’t sugarcoat anything they keep it real from the very beginning and I think that’s what I liked about them when I first stepped in their office. We were literally traveling back in forth from GA to NC every other day looking for houses and apartments. This realty company was literally my last hope! I literally spent over $500 in application fees for apartments and etc. I’m so happy that they were able to help this transition for me and my kids 100x better! And can’t wait to see what the future will hold with us doing business in the future. Thank you guys for everything?

Mr. Howell gave me a great experience and helped me and my small family get a great and reasonable deal on my home. Everything was very professional and smooth Thank you guys so much for helping me!

This has got to be the worst realtor ever in Georgia don’t not rent from these folks they want their rent on time but doesn’t fix anything don’t answer the phone and over all bad customer service you would be a fool to rent from them! Tony just hung up in my face and told me to put my notice in to leave how nasty is that all I wanted was my Ac fixed listen to me go rent with someone else!

To have such nice, thoughtful people as my realtor is a blessing. My age has not been kind to me these last two months, and they have come to me and picked up my rent. They are angles.

Look if you're smart don't ever go in them and give them a dime of your money. My husband and I went in there over 3 weeks ago gave them their $90 applicatuon fee and called them back five six times they never contacted me back they kept saying they would call back they never called back all they did was took our $90 and rendered no services. They ripped me off.

Rented with Ray Fredericks Realty for 9 years. Tony and Rita was always helpful and issues/repairs was handled in a reasonable amount of time. I would rent from them again.

Don't go here to rent a house. We gave Ray Fredericks Realty $90 3 weeks ago. For an application fee. I called them back three or four times. They kept saying they would get back with me. They never got back with me. They took our $90 application fee and then never contacted us. That was very unprofessional. I don't recommend that anyone goes there.

I have rented 2 homes and about to be in my second home for 3yrs. They really work with you great staff.

Of course we were missing 3 items from our order and the employees were so out of control playing and cursing i thought i was at a block party.very bad place.

They actually want their rent on time but the customer service is awful. No one communicates what's going on with each other in that little building. Ive been needing a electrician to come and fix this outlet that dont work in both bathrooms. They want you to be responsible for everything. Then, if tell one person something needs to be done there out for some kind of surgery and no else is knows the issue you need resolved. Stay away if you can rent from somewhere else please do so.

Don’t waste your time putting in a application here if your not married they can’t combine you and your significant other income. Just a waste of time then you have to keep calling to check on your application and when the lady answer she says he will get back in contact with you and he never does.

1star is way to much. If you are military, well actually if you’re human being stay far away from this place. Currently going to court because someone broke into my home and they want me to pay for structural damage. Pretty sure that’s what homeowners insurance is for. But what do I know. STAY AWAY! Currently going through procedure to have them banned from renting to military personnel.

I put in an application in Nov before Thanksgiving looking for a home to rent in December. We are a military family. My husband gets deployed in Janurary and he took leave so we can see family before he leaves.

I called multiple time to check on our application and only got voicemail. A woman answered the phone the last time I called and was told that someone would get back with me. That was at the end of Nov.

I told them the prediciment that we were in and we needed to find something fast before I handed them the application and money order. (Mind you I tried to find a place earlier but EVERYONE said we was looking too early). They agreed to work with us and I didn’t hear from them until Dec 28th.

Very disappointed.

James Howell had done outstanding job as property manager for me, I reached out for him and his office to manage my property in Augusta, GA where I had a tenant that did not pay any rent for over a year, when I turned the situation over to Jame Howell, he went through all the legal channels and got that tenant to pay all the back rent and continue to pay rent on time for the last 4 years, thanks to Mr. Howell and his team, I would recommend his office for anyone seeking property managers.

I have had a pleasant experience dealing with Ray Fredricks. From Rita, Tony, and Jimmy. When I make a maintenance issue it’s handled promptly. I’ve been in two different properties under them and never had an issue. I can understand their process as so many properties are damaged and destroyed by so called good tenants. Jimmy is straightforward but very professional and kind. Thanks for the experience and I look forward to many more years of great service.
