I have had the pleasure of working with Jessica for 6 years, and would absolutely do it again if the opportunity presented itself. She served as my property manager, while traveling on active duty military orders, and sold my home when I was ready. Jessica was always very professional, responsive, efficient and ensured I was knowledgeable, informed, and happy. Every decision I had to make about my home came with a status, recommendation, and team on standby to address whatever issue that may have arose. When it came time to sell, she walked me through the process from listing to sale, and continued to check-in. I could not have asked for a better agent. I recommend her to anyone in search of an agent and I can guarantee she will take care of you and your home. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I would never recommend anyone to this place especially to pay rent with Kyna, she is a thief who over charge behind the owners back. MAKE SURE YOU SEE YOUR LEASE AND GET IN TOUCH W/OWNER BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING.

Susan was awesome. She went above and beyond helping us find our home from out of state. Sight unseen by us except in pictures and video. Susan was very helpful and patient with us. Answered all our questions by phone with a 3 hour time difference.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Brittany. She answered every question we had and made the process very easy. I seriously couldn’t have picked a better agent for us. Brittany made the process very smooth. She was always positive and could put up with me! She always had a great attitude and never once made us feel like we were unimportant! I am very thankful we chose her!

Bait and switch tactics. I called and spoke with Savannah in regards to viewing a property. I was told I can not view the property during the day and it would have to be after 5 since they can’t leave the office to show a property. She further explained someone was looking at the property that evening and created a sense of urgency which I unfortunately fell for and put in a application. After not hearing anything back for 2 days I called and spoke with Savannah. She explained that the properties are not rented at first come first serve for applications put in but rather at their personal discretion. She should have been upfront with this information and explained it before I had submitted a application. The fact there was no empathy or explanation other than they had another application is not a reason. I asked if there was a issue with my application and was told my application and the other were “Really Strong applications”. I’m extremely disappointed in the professionalism of this company and individual.

Our experience with Kayla was the best we ever had. She’s been so helpful, very knowledgeable, and such a
sweet person. We would recommend her to EVERYONE. & I would definitely work with her again.

It was a frustrating time to be trying to buy a house. Landry was always an encouraging voice and kept us from losing hope after having so many offers rejected. Landry and his brother were so easy to work with and steered us to a successful house purchase.

Michael gave expert advice on pricing and managing multiple offers. He took care of both small and large details. He answered all questions in a very timely manner and absolutely went the extra mile to make my closing convenient for me! Totally recommend Michael and his team!

Ms. Lasheika Brigham is professional, thorough, and always provide a prompt response. She always paid attention to details, and listen closely to our desires and needs of a home. She offered her professional opinion while taking in consideration of what my husband and I desired. We would definitely recommend Ms. Brigham to family, friends, and individuals desiring to purchase a home. She made the process easy for us considering that this was our first purchase she explained the details of the process and always stayed in touch with the builders to ensure everything was going as planned.

Jane Lane was a great property manager! Whenever something needed to be repaired, she was always right on it. She responds very quickly to any request that we had and would check up on us just to make sure everything was good. If you are looking for a house to rent, I highly recommend that you begin by looking at what Jane Lane Realty has to offer. The whole team was great, from the first time I contacted them in regards to renting a property all the way through clearing the property and moving out. Also would like to further clear I’ve seen other reviews stating you will not get your deposit back, that very well may be true if you leave the home damaged or uncleaned but we received our full deposit back upon move out inspection and had zero issues.

Horrible customer experience when renting. Went through several property “managers”. Consistently rude, tried to blame all issue on the renter. House was in terrible condition. Sticky filth on the walls, dirt everywhere, lawn uncut, 3 massive trash cans full of garbage upon move in. Remax would clear issues from our maintenance portal without ever fixing them. Random contractors showing up for non-issues with no warnings from remax. Then, was told I needed to be present for repairs and no one shows up. The remax employees who came for my 6 month inspection knew nothing about the house, weren’t my property manager. They had the audacity to tell me to go copy my key and deliver it to their office because they lost the spare months after my move in. To top it off, they wouldn’t even reimburse the cost much less my time they wasted. Their team comes across as disorganized and hostile. Be prepared to handle issues on your own. I wouldn’t trust them with my house and I won’t make the mistake of renting again. Beware!

Kelley Brands was wonderful to work with. She handled so many details for me that I was unable to take care of because I lived out of town. I could not have asked for a better agent.
