Kevin and his Service Advisor Terry Kelly went to the great lengths to address my concerns. Kevin has taken me even on the ride to precisely pin point for him the problem in my Nissan Murano I have had in mind. They always take time to listen, assess the issues with care and knowledge and offer professional advise. I am always at peace after the service, knowing that I am 100% safe driving my vehicle. It is such a pleasure to do the business with them. Thank you Kevin and Terry, and all Regal Nissan Family.

My service visits are always what i expect. Miguel is always straight and honest about everything and that’s what i appreciate the most. Best part is having a very knowledgeable technician like Jessie who has the answer to every one of my questions and has kept my 2018 Rogue up to spec. Keep it up!

Was told that they would give me atleadt 25k for my car but that was a blind offer and that they would match with my $30,000 appraisal and made me come far out of my way to have that done. After waiting over an hour I was rudely given an offer of $23,000. Highly discourage anyone to do business here. Wish I could give 0 or negative stars

I found Regal Nissan through Capital One Navigator website. Regal Nissan made it an easy process along with Capital One to purchase my new SUV. Victor my salesperson was awesome.

The Regal Service Department rocks! Easy appointments, great service from people I trust. Thanks to Aaron Skipper to being responsive and getting my cars serviced in a timely manner. I own 4 Nissans and 1 Honda and they all get serviced at Regal!

I can’t say enough how helpful my advisor, Miguel, was when I had to bring my car in. He made the process easy to understand and did everything he could to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I’m a very happy customer. 10/10 would recommend.

This was an insulting experience. You guys thought because I was a woman you could take advantage, you guys try to give me a report on my car with $7000 worth of things that needed to be fix. I ask for one thing to be fix and you guys could not even fix it on time. Needed the car by a certain time, I was promise the car would be done on time, turn out the piece never came therefore, the car was not able to be fix. Wasted my time and gas. Also your handling of COVID is joke. None of the employees were wearing mask and there was no glass between customer and employee. I have used Nissan services in several states and I have never experienced such a scam. That was my first and last time I will be using your service.

Went in to Regal Nissan for the first time and had the pleasure of working with Miguel Vazquez in service. He showed me great customer service and was overall very professional. He addressed and eased all my concerns regarding my vehicle. Great job, will be returning!

Miguel Vazquez, an advisor, was an absolute gem to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be coming back with my Nissan Rogue. Ask for him! You won’t be disappointed.

Yesterday I walked out to my car to go to work and I had a flat tire. I called Skipper @ Regal Nissan and he arranged to get my spare put on my car so I could drive it and then he took care of me getting a new tire. He was helpful and expedient at getting this handled for me. Thank you Skip & Regal Nissan for taking care of me and my car!

Made an appointment for 10 AM.
Arrived at 9: 58 AM. Got "checked-in" and was told 90 minutes (!) for a LEAF battery inspection (nothing to fix!)
Admittedly there were many others checking in but not all had appointments!
Vehicle was not ready until 12: 45 PM! (allegedly due to so many other customers).
2 hours and 45 minutes seems excessive for a simple battery test and vehicle inspection!
Were resources allocated to my appointment slot used elsewhere?
Are appointments meaningless if I got shoved to the back of the line by others without appointments?

Service Advisor Douglas Aaron Skipper is the BEST! I called in for a tire issue and was met in a fast and courteous manner. Douglas made sure that the problem was assessed correctly before recommending a solution. Thank you for honesty! This is another reason why I continue to be apart of the Regal Nissan Family!

I really like this Nissan! The facility is organized and easy to navigate through. The service rep I saw, Aaron Skipper, was polite, willing to give me his full attention and explain thoroughly to me any questions I had. Everything we discussed to maintain and upgrade my vehicle I felt definitely necessary after speaking with him. I will most certainly be going back and also recommending to family and friends.

I love getting my vehicles serviced at Regal Nissan! Aaron Skipper is always so friendly and helpful! Wouldn't trust any other dealership to purchase from or get my vehicle serviced. 10/10
