Rent-A-Center, Columbus GA

Very unprofessional. I received my bedroom set without the nightstands that came with it. I went 2 months paying for a set I did not have. I had to keep calling just to get movement. When I finally did get the nightstands they were not the nightstands that came with the set. 3 weeks ago (going on a month) I reported my bed being broken. Spoke with multiple people regarding this issue including the manager. I was told we will call you back numerous times with NO callbacks, I have been the one calling in and still nothing. I have had no calls but yet they are trying to charge me for furniture I called and told them to come and pick up due to all the unprofessional events on behalf of the manager. I have currently been on hold 15 minutes now. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. They move faster when a payment is not made on your account to come and get your furniture but here I am with no communication at all regarding my issue. Highly unsatisfied and will never do business with this company again. I will be telling everyone about this specific location.

Had a wonderful experience at the Victory Dr location. DoRain went above and beyond to help me find a sofa. Will purchase from this location again.

The website does not allow me to change my store. I was told by an employee in GA that they can’t do anything for us even though their store is about 10 miles from my address

Guys working had no interest in helping my husband and I apply for the appliances we wanted. Husband stood there the whole time and nothing was ever done. Waited about 40 minutes. Nasty attitudes from the workers here too unfortunately

The staff as well as all of the managers at the Rent a Center were awesome, they were helpful, polite, and treated me as if my call sincerely mattered. They called back when they said they would, they made sure at the end of the day I as a customer was well taken care of and that all my concerns and issues were addressed and fixed to the best of their ability. I had a great experience with the store staff and would definitely, hands down return as a repeat customer!
