Rent-A-Center, Union City GA

Customer service was terrible when I placed my order, but the day of pick up the associate was a bit nicer. The Xbox only had the console in it, no controller nor headset as advertised. I had to call in and ask for it.

Nia at the union city ga store is freaking awesome she is very sweet she communicates wonderful at working with me to make sure what I am getting I am satisfied with and she even has me in thought for a few other in home things for my home that I will soon be getting from rent a center she is definitely the glue to wonderful customer service at that store thank you Nia you are the bomb. It was honestly as easy as clicking “enter” and now I’ll have a washer and dryer by Friday could have it Wednesday but I can’t be home at the time of delivery so I have to wait until Friday but so easy

Do not go to this store be 1 day late and the manager is ready to cuss you out and bang down your door very bad customer service I do not recommend anyone to go here

Absolutely horrible mom passed away and I needed time and make sure everything with the funeral arrangements grieving everything goes right and missed one payment and he Judged me saying if you miss one You are miss all of them don’t know me like that with this company multiple times and pay off multiple things are you to judge me to tell me that I’m gonna miss him more my payment because I’m going through something with a death And the family close family as of my mom and you tell me that you were gonna come take it even if I come and make a payment once I get back from dealing. Was very rude with the way he spoke with me and that’s the manager of the store

Horrible feel like my parents watching my every move calls all day long threatening me telling me you don’t want my payment after a few days being late showing up to my house like I stole somthing from u guys when you have people who watch my home plus I have cameras just please have better customer service with customer and please respect people as buying and soon to be returning customer instead of a pet dog or cat u don’t want around

Unfortunately I hate to give bad ratings.however This location has a habit of promising delivery times and never come thru.which in turn causes you the consumer inconvenience with your personal schedule for that day.

If they tighten up in this area with scheduling, they will make a complete 360.

Eric has the worse customer service ever! When trying to reschedule a payment he put me on hold then acted as if he was a different associate and would not let me change my payment date which the app clearly states you can do at anytime!

Bad customer service from them store manager to the reps. They have an I don’t care attitude. This store needs a customer service training as I can receive customer service that’s better and spend my money elsewhere.

Do not buy from here! They will harass you for being a day late! The manager is a jerk. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
