6I did my ordering online I was approved for a penny down. I ordered a washer and dryer and the next day when I called to get my delivery appointment I was told that I did not get approved for that Penny down and then I can still sign up through them but I had to pay $26 a week instead of $19 in it but I still haven’t got the washer dryer. I wanted I still have a white washer and dry and I did not want white washer and dryer so it’s been awful and I told Brandon Four Times but to no avail …some help from within would be appreciated
Extremely rude store manager! Management making exceptions for other customers when telling other customers that there are no exceptions and we can’t work with you. Once my things are paid off I will never do business with rent a center again, especially this location in Calhoun ga
Trash as it gets. Really bad customer service. I don't care how bad you want or need something, avoid these bums at all cost. Bunch of liars.
This place gave me a used laptop with the previous owners passcode still on it, not able to use it because I don’t know the password, I asked for a brand new laptop not a used one
Store Manager is a bit rude but the other staff members are very friendly and polite.
They are somewhat ok the store manager is a little bit of an a$$ and there stuff is over priced but it's ok if u can't afford something outright
