Renters Warehouse, Atlanta GA

I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER FOR 4 DAYS, I have called numerous times and have not received a response yet! The property owner has not replaced the water heater in 15 to 20 years and now it's taking forever to get an APPROVAL! THIS IS BEYOND AN INCONVENIENCE

Working with Olga at Renters Warehouse has been a pleasure. She has now helped me fill two properties in a matter of weeks. As a new investor it has been wonderful to work with a knowledgeable expert in the field!

I would like to give Renters Warehouse negative stars. First, they deducted money from my bank account that they were not authorized to take. Also, I was charged for a plumbing issue because they couldn't find anything wrong so they made me pay. I have actively disputed the claim but have gotten no response. Their customer service is awful and I cannot wait to never deal with them again. Please stay far away from this company.

Olga Palmer was fantastic! Very quick to respond, easy to work with and helpful. A very nice person and thorough. Would definitely deal with her again as she made it very easy and was accessible.

In hindsight, from the first initial contact with this company I should have turned the other way. From the day I inquired about viewing a property up until now this has been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. From the lack of professionalism, lack of communication, inability to effectively fix repairs, disregard from occupants safety and health I believe that anyone who wishes to rent or have them manage there properties should seek another candidate. When speaking with an employee from the homeowner who contracts RW they acknowledges too that this isn't a good company and are looking into various situations similar to mines. They are sure to over promise and under deliver. Over the past year I've had random people show up to the property with no contact prior to visit. The repairs that were supposed to be fixed prior to move in have gotten worse and we contacting RH there is usually a delayed or no response. We are being overcharged without and contract in place as well.

Olga Palmer was very helpful, professional and through. She is highly motivated and follows up on tasks without delay. I would highly recommend her on any real estate project!

The folks at RW did a fantastic job of getting my place listed and finding a tenant in record time. Very communcative about the process, stayed in contact through the showing and application process, all the way through move-in. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and nice, mindful of Covid and safety precautions when doing in-person showings. Would def recommend.

Do not use Renters Warehouse. I worked with BK Sabet a Leasing Agent. I applied to rent a home and received an approval for my application. He asked for some money to solidify the deal and then told me when the balance of the deposit was to be paid. He then gave me a date to pay the balance and requested for the property reservation form to be signed. He took the payment and the signed form and four days later he said he was pulling out of the deal because the entire security deposit was not paid. All he said was sorry and that I could find another place to live. I was treated like this and the application was approved. Disgusting business practices.

Worst rental company. They do not respond to your maintenance request. If you call their customer service center, they respond very rudely. I will not recommend anyone for rental from this company. They don’t deserve 1 star rating as well (since we don’t have option).
Please be aware about this company.

The Bee team were a pure delight and made the entire process easy. We've been with RW for the past couple of years and it's been excellent.

Called in at 3: 50 pm on 08/22/2018. Lady on the other end was noticeably tired. Sighed when I asked to repeat what the requirements were to rent b/c she was slurring her speech. Told her Thank you & she said, "WHAT? ". Repeated it & she just hung up. First impressions are everything. Will not be leasing through this company.
