Restaurant Furniture 4 Less, Canton GA

I had one chair arrived broken and one scratched probably because of improper packaging and enroute delivery. I hope they wouldn’t knowingly send damaged equipment. I tried calling and filled out a form, and no one has got back to me on how to fix this issue.

We purchased 2 wooden barstools with padded seats. Product is very good quality, highly recommend. Only problem was with shipping, there was not much padding in the boxes and products get thrown around with fedex and UPS which resulted in minor damages. We were reimbursed which displays great customer service. Only suggestion is that they protect their products better for shipping.

First shipment was damaged. They made it right and sent the second top which is very nice quality!

I ordered a metal patio set of a round table and 4 chairs. Everything was well packed and padded. However, the umbrella hole on the female end of the table was not round, possibly from being squished at some point, so we used a large needle-nose pliers and pulled hard to open it to make the oval hole round. Also, one of the chair legs is bent. Neither issue was due to shipping to me. Could these faults be the reason the furniture is "4 Less"?
Update. The deformed chair was recognized and a new chair was sent. I did not need to return the deformed chair, and will use it as a plant stand. Thank you for your attention to this matter and the kind way you handled it.

Great experience. The chairs I ordered arrived when they said they would. The packaging kept them protected and there were no damages. The chairs are sturdy and as described.

After opening the table that was boxed and taking off the plastic I noticed a crack in the top of one of the tables. I was wondering what you could do about it. The picture is hard to see but if you enlarge it you will see the 2" crack.

I ordered 13 kids ghost chiavari chairs for a frozen themed party. The quality of the chairs are excellent and well worth the money. Delivery time was great.

One chair came with an issue. Called and they shipped anotherone right away. Nice chairs. They should last thru steady use.

I never opened the boxes when they arrived, because I found a better price locally. I am grateful that your company allowed me to return the chairs and NOT charge a restocking fee! Thank you! However, now I am still waiting for the full refund of the $160 invested?

First off the chairs were greatly priced as others had them marked up for about 150% higher. Your company had them at the cheapest cost which was not cheap as in junk. The chairs are sturdy, very nice looking and memory foam padding in the seat and seat back. The color was nice too. I received them in good shape not beat up, nor old and dusty from sitting in a warehouse. I am 1000% pleased. I would recommend if you are looking for folding chairs that are comfortable for sitting for a good length of time go to this company. I am curious to see what else they have that Ian be looking for. In the conclusion, great buy!

Ordered 6 chairs for home use for family gatherings. Chairs arrived in a timely fashion. Shipping cartons undamaged but we were not able to unpack and inspect chairs until today when we had assistance to do so. No structural problems but lots of paint damage on the legs and frames and some small dents. All of it is cosmetic. Going to reach out and see if they offer touch up paint.

I ordered 2 acrylic barstools and they are fine. They have a lot of scratches and we had to re-drill the screw holes. My biggest issue with this company is I purchased the chairs on 1/13, received them the following week but my card wasn’t charged for them until today (2/7). Kinda frustrating to have a company charge your card a nearly a month later.

Took a month to get these chairs, but I'll chalk that up to supply chain issues. The chairs are great. Sturdy, with plenty of bracing. They should hold up well. Also they are very comfortable for a low back folding chair. The seat cushion is firm and thick. It molds well to your bottom. I would buy from them again.
