An extremely horrible company; the work they completed is subpar, they lack professionalism and are incapable of returning a phone call. To top it off they still owe me money for damages to my personal property and items that went missing from my home while they were renovating after Hurricane Florence.

After multiple uneducated contractors knocking at our door we reached out to a company that one of our friends had suggested did good work. RIC came out and explained how the process works and also showed us there was a lot more damage to our property that the other guys over look. So when the insurance adjuster came out everything was taken care of and the work was done perfect. Supper happy and will go out of our way to recommend this company to those in need of insurance related damage.

Called RIC to get a new roof as my existing roof was damaged due to storms. Chris was quick to respond to my call and provided a detailed estimate quickly. He scheduled the date and sent his crew to replace the roof on time. The crew arrived and completed all the work the same day and were very professional. I am a very satisfied customer and would rate them 5 stars!
