Just purchased our 2021 Sienna Platinum from Rick Hendrick Toyota sandy springs. Cortez King was a pleasure to work with and he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. We did not receive as high of an incentive as other dealerships were offering nor the trade value that other dealerships had offered us but Rick Hendrick had the car I was looking for so we purchased anyway.

John Green, Desmond Quinn, Pierre Moore, and I did it. It was a long process yet I came out pleased and on top with these guys. I was being forced to purchase this car as a result of a hit and run accident. Over the course of a two week period I just showed up to give them a try after missing out on the vehicles at others reputable dealership. I went three times and they were just as pleasant and happy to see me each time.

The first trip I meet John Green. He was very patient. We found a 2017 Lexus SUV which was beyond my budget and then 2015 Lexus ES 350 that was absolutely beautiful and meet everything on my wish list. It was pearl white with white interior. When I went back to seal the deal a few days later (I was waiting for my insurance check) it was gone because in prepping it for me it did not pass their inspection so they sent it to the auction. John continued to be pleasant throughout the entire process and exceeded every though I had about a used car salesman. He was NOT fast talking or pressuring. He was extremely knowledgeable about his investory and the products they offered in general.

On my second trip I meet Desmond Quinn. He was my lifeline. I was close to the rental car ending date with my insurance and needed to find something asap. Desmond greeted me upon entering the dealership and helped me get started since John was with a customer. Desmond was even more knowledgeable than John and was ready to go the distance with me. John gave us his blessing and stayed involved in the process. Desmond found me the sweetest 2017 Toyota Camry within my budget and the mileage was under 14,000. That Camry was so nice! We decided upon it and the instant equity was a win for me. I started the paperwork. Unfortunately, in waiting for the insurance deposit I had time to think about the BIG GIRL NOTE and chickened out. I really wanted wanted another Lexus to replace my paid in full Lexus LS 430. I shared just that with Desmond. I had been a Lexus driver and wanted to continue that journey. Desmond went to work and presented me with a older model Lexus ES that was absolutely perfect for me. Someone had just traded it in that morning. It only had less than 60k miles on it. I was in love?

Upon detailing her and sending her through the check points it was time to seal the deal with Pierre Moore. Pierre was a delight and answered ALL my questions. I left a very satisfied customer of Rick Hendrick Toyota with my ES 350. Between John Green, Desmond Quinn, and Pierre Moore I would buy a car from them over and over again.

Super friendly, patient, and wasn’t annoyingly “salesy”. Grant respected my budget and wants and made the experience very enjoyable.

My service adviser Greg was great and helped me find all applicable coupons or discounts. He also followed up with techs for me on their additional recommended actions. It still takes a while for service to get done even when appointments are made ahead of time, but I have learned to expect that. And Hendrick continues to recommend (they say the “technician recommends”) services that are unnecessary or would be seen to be so if the tech did actually inspect the parts or systems affected (e.g. - engine and cabin air filters are always said to need replacement, even when the truck hasn’t been driven 5,000 miles in a year.)

Where do I begin? My experience at Rick Hendrick Toyota was excellent! Dan Pistillo was absolutely great to deal with. Taking my car to the shop is not exactly my favorite thing to do, but everything from dropping my car off, taking the shuttle back to my house and then having the shuttle pick me up when my car was ready was such an easy process. Dan was very informative and explained everything to me as to what I needed for my car.
Thank you Dan for making my experience so easy. Also, the shuttle drivers were great!

Horrible place to deal with added a oil change plan for $$$$ which I didn’t want or need & refused to take it off my bill! Love my car but whomever did the tint on one of my windows needs to go back to school. Hindsight’s always 20/20 should always go to a dealership recommended by a friend paying more is worth it!

Everything was fine with the service I received however an hour after I paid the person I dealt with from start to finish (which again was good service). A woman from the desk (that I didn’t speak with nor saw) called me telling me my car was ready which I in return told her I’ve already paid and left the dealership. She goes back and forth telling me that it doesn’t say that I paid and that she’s going to report it to management. I then repeatedly told her that I have my receipt and I don’t even know who she is and I didn’t work with her. She then calls me 5 mins later asking who I spoke to, what’s his name and that I didn’t pay for my service. I then in return tell her the exact amount that I paid, that I have my receipt and I won’t go back and forth with someone I didn’t even have the chance of speaking to. Do you really think that They would give me my keys, tell me to have a good day and let me leave without paying? ! Unfortunately it’s always one bad apple with an attitude, I’ll pray for her peace of mind.

Brought in my 2019 Yaris for it's first service and I was blown away at how easy the process was. Thanks to my service advisor Juan Calderon and the Service manager for getting me in and out in under an hour. Definitely will be coming back for my next service.

Exceptional service by the entire service staff. Everybody was extremely helpful and friendly, but most of all, my advisor, Douglas Beard went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Came in on a Saturday without an appointment, and he got me in and out in under an hour. He even walked me to my car after the service was performed to go over my paperwork, even though he was in a walking boot. Thank you again to Douglas and the Rick Hendrick Toyota team!

My 2004 Toyota Highlander was serviced May 3rd and 4th, 2019 for a leak in the air conditioning system. My service client was Douglas Beard. Doug provided supporting comments on my invoice that the cause of the leak in the A/C was most likely from an accident I was involved in on April 8th, 2019. I was able to photograph the leak, prior to the repair, so that I can update my claim against Geico. On May 3rd parts were ordered to repair the leak which caused the return visit on May 4th. Doug tried to obtain a loaner vehicle for me and must have been unaware that in order to receive a loaner you have to carry collision insurance which I do not carry. I suppose we both learned something that day. Also I found it interesting that at the beginning of the loaner process I was asked for a credit card - in addition to my insurance card and drivers license. I was on-site Saturday from 7: 00AM to 10: 10AM. Charging the A/C system, I believe, may have been the big time consumer. Needless to say, I had stopped for a take-out breakfast. I can remember, when the dealership was Sandy Springs Toyota that there were free pastries and fresh fruit in the customer waiting area. Now there is only bottled water, coffee, and a vending machine. So Doug gave me periodic updates in person and via text messaging. The A/C in my car is cooling better than it has ever done in the 14 years I have owned the car.

Took my dad’s car I didn’t really know what to expect going to the dealer for the first time I had exceptional service my service advisor juan really took the time to look at all the details of the car as well as explain each and every step of the process! He broke down what I would be getting billed for, why the car needed it and even gave great suggestions on setting up different appointments to work with the budget I had! Juan Calderon was amazing
I would recommend him out of all the service advisors and I will continue to take any car to this dealership because of him and his service!

We tried to trade in our car and long story short but they ended up running our credit 5 times. Just to not get the trade in but to run someones credit 5 times is extreme and is a big impact on your credit.

[Edited] Been here 3 times in last 2 years for new and used cars with others. This was 1st time I came for my own truck. Sales team is aggressive, always give their 100% to understand the requirements and will make they sell a car. But - Once the car is sold, don't expect anything. Post sales Feedback and Review doesn't matter to Rick Hendrick!

Great staff, fast service and always smiling. Close to work for me, so very convenient. Was able to replace my tire in a snap due to a nail in the side wall. Turned my Friday into a GREAT start of a fabulous weekend. Thank you Mitch S.for going above and beyond for me today.

Nicole at the service desk and Hayne as my service guru.this pair keep me coming back to Hendricks. There are Toyota dealerships much closer to me but I feel the team at Hendricks works to keep my loyalty and I am very appreciative of their service and care. Hendrick is fortunate to have these 2 fine professionals on board working with customers.

The girl at the receptionist desk has no Customer Service skills Doesn't even make an effort to help you When I told her what I needed and the guy outside to ask her she replied I don't know why he said that. Really?
