RNR Tire Express, Savannah GA

I bought some aftermarket rims from here and my experience was positive. Staff were helpful in getting me through a difficult to find selection of 4 lug rim options but we found some. The price was definitely a bit high but, the convenience of financing made the price worth it. The only real drawback from here was those limited options for 4 lug patterns.

Went in today to get a new set of tires. Everyone was super nice and professional. I will be recommending to my friends and family!

Stay away far away! I've been to other locations and had great experiences but this location is TERRIBLE. The lady upfront is real nice and helpful but other than that it's not worth the trip. I was told I needed to replace 1 tire at first, ok no problem. Then I was contacted on two more occasions stating I should replace 3 of them with no pictures being provided. I was quoted a price for a brand of tires which I had installed and was told front end alignment did not come with the purchase of a set. Ok, I'll take it somewhere else. I get to the shop to pickup my car and the tires I wanted and got the quote for we're not on my car, I had to point this out to them, because they had no intention of mentioning it. Also noticed the price was extremely higher than the price I was quoted, somewhere around $120-$200 more. Looked at my receipt I was charged for an alignment that was never performed and not the original quoted price. Waited an additional 30 mins for alignment to be completed because the lady up front who was very helpful told them to do it today as this was the original reason for my coming to the shop while customer service rep pushed the work be completed in a week or so. Just took car to a tire shop today just to find out that the alignment was not done proper and would cause new set of tires to become an issue later down the road. If possible visit any other location. Very unorganized

Awesome experience the employees work with what you have. They genuinely want to get you what you want.

This place is really friendly and will work with you. I had a nail in my tire that I thought I got from them but apparently it wasn't one of theirs. They took the nail out and patched the tire anyways free of charge.

This is my 3rd set of tires from this location and they never disappoint. All staff was very friendly. They go over the whole process with you and get you in and out as quickly as they can.

RNR has great, fast, professional, and friendly customer service. They have a clean and organized lobby and showroom area with a larger inventory of tires and rims. I highly recommend them for all your tire, rims, and service needs.

Ashley and George was AMAZING and very professional so they both get 5 stars but not so much for the mechanic Matt I rate him 0 stars yes he did the job because he got paid but he just went threw the motion and it took for my personal mechanic to show him how to do my alignment

I was just recently at RNR Tire Express in Savannah, Ga. Chantelle was wonderful as soon as I walked through the doors! I was greeted with a warm smile and she carefully explained to me the whole process on how to pay for my tires. She broke down everything so professionally and with ease that made me feel comfortable. The tires are great and my car now drives so smoothly. The service was top notch! Thank you so much! I was in desperate need of a tire for my car (I have had for three months) figured I should go ahead and get two. I called around found RNR, made an appointment and they took care of me, even set me up on a payment plan I could afford. When I get these two payed off I plan on getting two more.
