Jake was tremendous. Within 30 minutes of me creating the ticket, he was calling me to resolve. He first tried what I would have, but that didn’t work. He then went through a process where he had to reboot my computer several times, but he stayed with it until everything was complete and my connection was verified! He is a great engineer! I'm really glad he left State Farm!
