My wife and I are quite frustrated with Rooms to Go. On Black Friday, we each bought two $100 gift cards, expecting to receive 2X$100 bonus gift cards for both of us. However, to our disappointment, we didn't receive the bonus cards. When I reached out to customer service, we were informed that the bonus only applies to gift cards purchased in-store, even though the promotion did not specify this condition. This lack of clarity has left us truly dissatisfied with Rooms to Go.

DISAPPOINTING AFTER I PAUD IN FULL Originally I gave R2Go 5 stars -until delivery day- Sat 12/9/23– wrong bed delivered - no dresser (said it was damaged) still no follow up or update as promised & still no dresser. It’s all great when you’re paying up front - buyer BEWARE!
