Ashley assisted me today with purchasing a new bed frame and a new mattress and she made the process so easy. She was very knowledgeable of the products and helped me pick the right mattress. She was also just an absolute delight to spend time with. She had a wonderful personality and was so nice!

Ashley was AMAZING and friendly and just overall great! She answered all our questions and I was just amazed but her customer service!

Bernice was my salesperson and let me just say she is an expert at her craft! Definitely deserves a promotion! Brava! She did an outstanding job while also creating a chill and relatable atmosphere! I would say that I would buy an old dirty couch from her because she is such a great salesperson, but she is the type to make sure I get nothing but quality! It’s nice to be taken care of! And the transaction was the quickest I’ve seen! Definitely will be requesting her in the future and highly recommend to anyone! Very satisfied today!

Stephanie was absolutely amazing! I had a salesperson at rooms to go and she retired. After going to another location I had a sales associate “help” me and she was rude and made me feel unvalued. I left and contacted Stephanie on Rooms To Go chat and made my purchase with her. Stephanie was great. Very helpful and caring. Just a genuine person. It’s unusual that every time we go looking for furniture we somehow end up finding something we want at Rooms To Go.

The furniture is beautiful and the people in store are nice. But if you finance your furniture, you cannot get anyone from synchrony on the line and the rooms to go staff was very rude on the phone and completely unhelpful to pay my bill. You have to be sent a card and I never received my card. When I called roomstogo to verify my address they said you have to update it in synchrony.which you cant access without the card. Horrible system and should be sent emails like everywhere else.

I came last week looking for a sleeper sofa. Go and look for Ashley she's amazing giving you advice, she helped me a lot finding the best option for me! The sofa was delivered super fast and arranged perfectly by the rooms to go team! Highly recommended!

My family and I went in to the store before Black Friday to look into the upcoming deals and products RTG had to offer. After arriving we were greeted by the most adorable woman, Sarah W, who ended up being so nice and helpful! I am leaving 5 stars today for Sarah W to promote our excellent experience we had with her! Sarah’s product knowledge and attention to detail to not only what my husband and I wanted but what my kids were enjoying made the experience even better than I could have asked for! She absolutely won’t waste your time. My husband loved that Sarah’s approach to giving us her product knowledge was straight and to the point about each question we had. It didn’t feel like we were being sold to but that our actual needs were being heard. 10/10 would recommend Sarah for all of your kids’ furniture needs! Definitely ask for Sarah W when you go in! You won’t be disappointed!

Visited the store two times and after shopping at other furniture stores, came back a third time and bought a sofa and loveseat. Purchase process was very easy with the salesperson.
