Rooms To Go Furniture Store - Mall of Georgia (Buford)

David was excellent. We were looking for a bed to help us with our back issues, he was patient and explained everything to us and helped us find our new bed!

Sharon helped us with purchasing a new bedroom set. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. She got us exactly what we were looking for, and we can't wait until it gets delivered!

Very little "actual" selection due to warehouse apparently being nearly empty. They want you to pay for a month even before you get furniture.

My husband and I went in during their anniversary sale. We were referred by a friend to see David Tobey and he was absolutely wonderful! He was personal and when we let him know what we were looking for, he helped us find the room that suits us and our needs perfectly. No over the top sales pitches, just fun friendly service. 10/10 recommended going to see him!

We walked into Rooms To Go Looking for a Tempur-Pedic mattress. We were greeted by Sales Associate Paul Zisengwe.
He took us to the section with the Tempur-Pedic mattresses and showed us the differences between them and WW were we impressed with his knowledge of mattresses. He knew the best height for sleep apnea and went on about your blood flow from your feet to your heart and making your heart work too hard. We got the right mattress for us and Paul got us a delivery date the next day! Talk about service.
We definitely recommend Rooms To Go, Buford location and if you need a fantastic guy with a wealth of knowledge ask for Paul, you won't be sorry! Great Experience

I thought it was a little pricey for the quality of the furniture being provided. Another company that is overpriced trying to use Cindy Crawford & Sofia Vergara's names to sell their furniture! Rooms To Go, Ashley Furniture and a lot of these corporate stores have a lot of made in China junk anyway. Cheap labor plus particle board equals overpriced furniture

Service here was terrible. Could get anyone to help and when we did they were very flippant and disinterested.

My experience in the buying side 5 star. My experience on the pick up side was really less than 1 star!

Jon out sales associate was fantastic. Didnt follow us around but was always there when we had questions. No high pressure sales pitch, honest and pleasure to work with. We will be back on the 4th to finalize purchase with Jon!

I went to this store hoping to find exactly what I wanted in my living room, and no less. I didn't expect to find it. Not only did I find the set, that I stumbled upon online, but I was also recieved help from an amazing sells clerk, James Fountain.
I really appreciated all his help/guidance. He was funny, nice, respectful, and considerate. I would gladly go there again to buy furniture from him.

Great selection of furniture. My wife and I just found our new couch here. Staff was friendly, willing to help, but not too over bearing following us all around the store. Great job!

One. The salesman couldn't remember what we were supposed to be buying. He had asked my daughter three times what he was supposed to be looking for. Two. The people at the window who were supposed to be setting up our account was rude. She kept telling us she couldn't find out information. Three. A simple process took 45 minutes to an hour

Sales team meh, delivery 0 stars! The original delivery included the wrong item. The next appointment to deliver the correct item was rescheduled 3 times!

Went to look and found pieces i couldnt leave without. I ended up putting several pieces on hold, until I move next month. Everyone there was friendly and gracious, but Rubin went above and beyond. I recommend Mall of Georgia Rooms to Go and I will return for additional furniture.

Unfortunately the furniture only looks good. After 4 months of easier than normal use my $1400 couch is falling apart.

Decided to give this location another chance today. Went in and said I wanted to start looking at children’s bed room sets and was cut off before I could say what else I was looking at and told I was at the wrong store and to go to Duluth they could help me there and then shooed out of the store. Didn’t even make it past the front of the store. Not a way to do business.

The sales people are just so-so. Not pushy, but not that into listening to you and your needs. Very busy place. Don't bend over backward to get your sale!

Bought furniture here several times over the years. Mostly good, couches seem to tear up fast. But other stuff I bought was beautiful.

Attentive sales staff. I went there with my mom to look at a specific item we found online. While the item was not on the floor, the sales person helped us to order the item and have it delivered to my mom's house at a discount (compared to simply ordering it online). They were however really set on up - selling us on warranties etc. So be ready to stand your ground and say "no" many times if you're not interested in those.
