I told the staff I would let them know if I needed anything and they continued to hound me. It's kinda annoying. Other than that, great store and great product selection.

Nice showroom! We had a very nice personable salesman who processed our order without a hitch and we were on our way in 30 mins. It's worth a visit if you're in the furniture market

Jay was great guy and was the reason we purchased on store. 3 months later and furniture has just been delivered.damaged dresser should not be this big a deal. 5 stars for Jay but 1 star for follow thru and delivery.won't shop RTG again.after multiple complaints the best they could do on a $1k purchase was $25 credit.their loss

I've been here several times, and have had nothing but absolutely great experiences. From the ease of doing business to delivery, Rooms To Go has gone so above and beyond to make the process so easy, that I had to give them 5 stars. No complains. Easy to work with from the beginning to the end, and next time I need furniture, I know where I will be going.

These guys are great. Found pieces I loved at a great price, without being haggled. But - when I realized the pieces were way too big for the room (before they were delivered) the manager worked with me for an immediate refund and cancelled the pending delivery. No arguing or hard time, but genuinely helpful and wanting to make things right. Thanks again!

We got some great living room furniture here. Can't remember our sales guy's name but he was very helpful and we were able to get our furniture in just a couple of weeks. We love it too! Thanks!

Not pleased with overall performance. Sales person and delivery were good but overall they deserve this rating. Delivery guys worn out. They hurried and did not seem to care much. Order was not complete with an electrical part missing. I was hoping this company was top notch and they weren’t. Would not recommend this company for the money we spent!

Delivery ETA has been changed multiple times which was annoying. In addition, I have tipped $60 to delivery guys but they have not removed my old furniture and kept asking me more money to do it. Furthermore, I have instructed not to call my cellphone number before delivery but they called me again and again. Poor customer service, bad experience with delivery guys. I would not return to this store.

Sales person is more worried about trying to open account with there finance company rather selling furniture! Very Shady business practice.

Close to 3 hours to make a cancellation for 1 of 3 sets we purchased 3 days before, horrible experience, not coming back.

Ralph Cooper (Sales Agent), really knows the store inventory. He took us to exactly what we wanted to buy (complete living room leather set). Gave us all the specs and answers. Would not hesitate to recommend "Rooms To Go Alpharetta" for large inventory of fine furniture.

A very large and the Beautiful showroom that has a section featuring kids rooms. Decent prices are there really good sales look for the on floor WYSIWYG deals.

6 months back I bought dining table but service is not so satisfied! Still I am facing the problem.
Again, I bought leather recliner furniture and looking forward for good service this time! I hope product would not give any problem like earlier!

Terrible customer services.they were not honest on shipping dates prior to purchase.and the choices you can purchase in store are very limited. I will never shop here again

Purchased a new bedroom and living room. Doris is awesome! No high pressure sales, very patient, and very informative. After the initial purchase, made a slight change to the order (purchased a second dresser instead of a media cabinet) and Doris handled it no problem. The reduction in stars is NOT for Doris. Doris gets 5+. The reduction in stars is for the storage bed. Even with the bed made, you can see the slats on both sides of the mattress and the board. You can see down IN TO the drawers. Yes, the board that goes over the slats and under the mattress was purchased. Neither that nor the mattress fits the frame of the bed completely. I went in to the store tonight and was told that is to give room for the comforter. Their own marketing pictures for this bed shows the comforter/spread tucked in at the foot board and both sides. So, whatever is stored in the drawers of the bed will NOT be 100% covered/enclosed, almost defeats the purpose of putting items in drawers, and you will see the slats.

UPDATE A contractor came out. Took a picture and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. I got a call from customer service and had to explain, again, what the design flaw is (had to explain it to the guy who came out as what the ticket said was incorrect) and why it is a problem. After trying to tell me the same bs Ive been told, that it was to leave room for the comforter or spread. I pointed out that their OWN SALES PUCTURES show the bedspread tucked in on 3 sides. If the bedspread is necessary to cover the openings then it shouldnt be tucked in, right? She said she was forwarding it and I've heard nothing since.

Great store. Set up great with the flo when you walk through. Always staffed great with employees ready to help employees always knowledgeable about there products.
