Terrible! I went to this store with a great credit score! They declined and only gave me $1500 to furnish my entire home. Which us ridiculous after I paid quarter million for my NEW HOME!
The worst. I bought a king size mattress 3 times they brung 76 inch mattress. Had to call corporate to deal with this issue. I refused to pay a balance untill they got it right. Thism matter took 15 months to settle. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE NOT TO SHOP WITH THEM. BY THE WAY A KING SIZE MATTRESS IS 80 INCHES LONG. I wouldn't even guve them a 1 star but that was a choice so i could post this review.
Big Mike is the man, real cool, he made me feel comfortable, not rushed, not pushy.great selection of furniture. They bad a mistake on my delivery and corrected it immediately. Great store!
I've heard mixed reviews on Rooms to Go and I was sort of hesitant about buying, however; I am extremely happy I did. Ope is my go to sales lady. I just love my new furniture. Elegant and modern style. 60 months INTEREST FREE. Yesssssss!
It was okay they just swarm on you like car salesman if I would give any advice to the Rooms To Go people is let the customer get in the store and look before jacking the customer as soon as they get to the door before letting them look around first
Furniture displays were very up to date in trending furniture. Although very nice they had a poor selection of traditional style furniture. They did not have what I was looking for.
We have always shopped at Rooms to Go. Have always used Mary. We used Johanna this time because of a rushed schedule. She was just as knowledgable and sweet. I highly recommend either of these ladies!

I was all over the place today looking for good and affordable sofa, rooms to go have some good furniture but it's pretty expensive. I saw their store on my way home from Ashley furniture, their name sounds like a thrift store to me and I decided to do a U-turn just to go check them out but not now. I can't afford to buy similar things I saw in Ashley furniture that high price. The rep that attended to was good and willing to help the customers.
I was in and out. The sales lady I had was excellent. I told her what I was looking for, and she got me just that. Her customer service was wonderful. I thought customer service was no longer, but she made me think differently. I will be back and I will look for her. She rocks!
Salesman was not helpful. Stated a sofa was leather, when in fact it was some fiber type. I asked about a love seat, and needed one that could recline while next to a wall, I called a hugger, again the salesman told me it was, and in reality it was NOT. I will go to Newnan before entering this store!
Went here in search of a bedroom suite, I was greeted and helped the minute I walked in. I appreciate that they let me walk around and look without being pressured to make a decision. In the end I bought a suite that I fell in love with. I'd give 5 stars but when it was delivered one the pieces had a huge scratch on it. They did re-deliver it a few weeks later, but that piece was also damaged. We were able to piece the 2 damaged pieces together to make a good piece.
My grand daughter like her bed room set the only thing I didn't like the saleguy up sell with out telling me that is wrong
The sales people here are only focused on big sales, period. The lady basically got an attitude when I found out the monthly payment for 3 rooms of furniture that was quoted. Had she been human and not all about money. She would've gotten the sake for the bedroom set that day along with the other 2 rooms I purchased just recently. Had no issues with financing and the office personnel.
