I had the most wonderful experience at Rooms To Go. Nicholas was very professional and enthusiastic about finding the best furniture to fit my space. He was also knowledgeable about the various pieces and quality of the manufacturers. Next time you visit ask for Nick and you will be assured to have the best experience.

Walked in with a very specific couch in mind my sales associate (Lanny I believe) super helpful not hovering answered all my questions. I was about to walk out when another couch caught my eye. He sat with me discussing my needs how many pieces gave suggestions which were spot on. Got my furniture this morning (the delivery guys were awesome) and I am in love seeing it in my living room.

Lolita Beard was my sale associate and she was amazing. She lead and instructed me to 3 different beds to figure out my comfort preference which to my surprise was medium firm. She patiently waited for me as I tried at least 6 or so beds until we found the perfect one. By that time it was an and ten mins past closing time. Overall I had an amazing experience at this location and I’d recommend asking for Ms. Beard if you stop into the Dunwoody location.

My experience with Schlan at Rooms to Go near Perimeter Mall was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Her customer service was beyond excellent and she assisted me in finding the furniture I needed in a timely matter. Thanks Schlan! I will be back to see you!

We had a pleasant and educational experience looking for the perfect mattress. Our sales representative, Joe Wright was patient, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, compare and research details while giving my wife and I the space to discuss and decide what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase experience.

Had great customer experience, from the time I walked into the store until the time I checked out. The sales representatives were so friendly and helpful.

Worst delivery service ever! Never showed up during the 4 HOUR WINDOW! Never in 5 trips! Kept bringing damaged items. Once didnt bring the item at all after waiting at home for 3 hrs when they said they would be there in 30 minutes. Do not shop here

I paid over 2,000 for there beds and the planks cracked where screws go.
The bedrail wood is split in half i paid for insurance and because i moved out of town the refuse to replace them. And they can ship them but id have to pay the shipping. But they dont service my area so i have to grt a refund for thr insurance. Ill never buy anything from them again

. We just moved to Atlanta and today we went Furniture Shopping at "Rooms To Go" and the experience was really very good. Their selection was great, the staff was really friendly and we will get our Furniture delivered within 3 weeks! That is perfect for us.

We will most probably buy more furniture there! So, thank you guys!

My experience at this store was great, but the delivery process has been a nightmare. Half of the furniture arrived defective and it will take several months to replace.

Our experience at Rooms to Go on Hammond has been phenomenal because of our representative Patrick! He has taken excellent care of our family and helping us purchase several new rooms of furniture for our new home! He is always available to answer questions, hunt up the best deals, and spend as much time as we need. He truly cares about customer service and we are truly grateful for his expertise, friendly personality, and willingness to go the extra mile.

My sales associate Nikki Robinson was BEYOND amazing! Meeting her at Rooms To Go was more than a chanced encounter. She was very helpful in assisting me with the completion of my vision for my first home. Her patience, her creativity, and attention to detail will be the reason I return to Rooms To Go. On a scale of 1-10, she's a 10 and a half. Thank you Nikki, my house is now a home.

Great place to shop no pressure sales people helpful with making my purchase. Delivery was just as they said it would be.

I went to another Rooms to Go and had a very bad experience. I came here only willing to work with Donnell Bryant. I remembered working with him in the past. He made me feel at ease. He helped me and put me with one of his best salespersons, Joe Wright. He was very knowledgeable and friendly as he helped me pick out my furniture. I walked out this location feeling very happy to have gotten the help that was needed.

The collection is good but my friendly advise is not to go to this place. I highly don't recommend. You can find the most disgusting staff working here. I selected a living room collection and decided to pay partly down and remaining in monthly payments. After the credit check is performed and you pay down they will come back to you saying that they either do not have the item (s) or part of package in stock. Its a basic sense that they should check the availability before accepting an order from any customer. In a way they are tricking you to pick something or the other which they have sitting in stock since a while. Also the staff pretend to be friendly but internally its clearly noticed they churn impatience if asked for any additional questions. They offer you pick and choose items the customer needs but eventually comes back with hidden prices apart from the displayed numbers. The shipping is really very expensive too. Please do not fall in trap with theses guys.

Great place to buy furniture. Everyone was so nice. They have some really great prices on furniture, it was more reasonable than I expected and not cheesy at all, it was actually pretty stylish stuff. I ended up buying a bed and was very pleased with the communication from the delivery place. Would totally buy from here in the future.

Alison is a great and very attentive sales associate. She informed me and my family that she has been with Rooms To Go for 20 years! Wow! That explains how knowledgeable she was when showing us around the floor room. Greatful that we met her a d I decided on a great sectional and a few wall decorations!
