Four months ago Rooter Proxpress, reported a leaking pipe in the front yard, that cost $850.00 now it's leaking from the new connection, rooter proxpress now wants to change another $400.00

Worst experience with a residential contractor ever. The technician was unprepared and unqualified. I called about a clogged drain that I could not fix myself with 15’ home plumbing snake. I was told it would cost me $50 for their plumber to evaluate the problem and if he resolved the problem the $50 would be credited to the final cost. The technician walked passed my plumbing snake and told me he had the exact one on his truck. He looked at the problem and seemed confused. I explained what I had tried. He said he didn’t know what to do and he had the same residential plumbing snake that I did. The line that was clogged is only a 20’ piece of pipe. He suggested he should go and try to rent a 100’ plumbing snake but he couldn’t guarantee he could get one and he charges $650 per hour. I had no confidence that the technician had any clue what he was doing and I was not not going to let him charge $650 per hour while he went looking for the equipment any qualified plumber would have on his truck, especially for a service call for a clogged drain line. I told him no, paid him the $50 show fee and told him I would resolve the issue myself. I informed him and his office of my extreme displeasure with the experience and they said sorry, have a nice day. Worst plumbing company ever.

BEWARE before calling these people (Guice Services, Rooter Pro Xpress)! I was charged $400 and the technician Emmanuel only did an inspection. HE DID NOT FIND OR FIX THE ISSUE AND DID NOT STAY FOR A HOUR. He checked visible pipes, hot water heater, pulled back carpet and vacuumed up water but again he did not detect where the leak was coming from. I did question the price and he said it was the price. Looking back I really wish I would not have paid that $400. I had to call another company out who was able to find the leak. I called to speak with manager and that was a brick wall. The dispatcher Taylor agreed that she would relay message to manager but its been almost a week and I have not heard anything back.

Highly recommend Rooter ProXress. Earl was friendly, went out of his way to be helpful, and took care of the issue quickly. Hopfully I don't have any other plumbing issues, but if I do, they will be my first call!

Horrible service and the lady I spoked with today was very rude and nonchalant about the problem on hand they stated there was no warranty and I literally just got this done on 10 26 20 23 and it's 12 29 23 and I got the same problem. Horrible, horrible, service and I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau today. Toilet still running

I had a terrible experience using this company back in July. For one, they sent technicians out to my home that weren’t even plumbers. They attempted to unclog my kitchen sink for a few minutes before saying I needed to pay $550 to have the line jetted. After they did that for a few minutes and heard me discussing a trip that my nonprofit hosted to take underprivileged teens to Washington D. C, they thought it’d be appropriate to quote me almost $5,000 to have my kitchen’s water line replaced. I paid them only to leave my home because I filed a dispute for the transaction with my bank. Again, the reason why I feel like they thought they could get away with charging me is because I was discussing the logistics for a trip for underprivileged children to get a once in a life time experience. I called another licensed plumber out the next day, the issue was resolved thanks to this gentleman. I also discussed the trip with him, which is why I believe this local plumber did everything he could to resolve the issue, so we could take the children on the trip without having to worry about what was going on at home. There are more reputable, licensed, local plumbers in the area that actually care about saving you money as a homeowner, and aren’t just going to try to charge you as much as they can. Attached are some photos of what the local plumber was able to clear from our line. Rooter ProXPress didn’t even attempt to resolve the issue, or they would have seen this coming out of the line.

Since the tank had cracked, Johnny replaced a toilet that had been installed four years earlier and came with a ten-year warranty. Rooter ProXpress Plumbers, as always, completed excellent job quickly and fairly. Complete satisfaction.
