Rosati's Pizza, Hoschton GA

Forget about ordering delivery. These guys don’t know to manage their kitchen. Have tried calling several times and here the same old thing “we can’t take your order… as we’ll soon be out of business because we don’t know how to operate a restaurant. ” Figures for a gas station restaurant… you’ve successfully lived up to your choice in location.

We love the food at this place. My family and I eat here frequently. Recently we have noticed the service going down hill. If you do an online order, order an hour ahead and even then you will still have to wait for your food to be ready. Last time we went for dine in we had to leave because the server said they were understaffed and very behind. This place is very unorganized I will be looking for a new pizza spot.

I ordered online and drove all the way over there only to find the doors locked. I called 2 weeks later and the answering machine kept telling me I was the next caller but they never answered. maps also claims they are open. I love their food but I can't ever get in touch with anyone. Why wouldn't their online ordering or their answering machine let you know they aren't open?

Ordered pizza and wings online. Requested 6: 30 pickup time. Received a call shortly after order letting me know of a delay until 7: 00.
Arrived at 7: 00 was told it would be 5 more min. Finally received my order at 7: 20 and when I got home everything was cold and pizza had soggy crust.
Love the pizza at this place but won't pay $50+ again for below par food. I live pretty far from this location but order pizza and wings almost weekly. Will be looking for a new option. Poor customer service.

We are business owners and we are moved to post. We were staying at a local beautiful resort in the area and found ourselves enjoying the food at Rosati regularly.
However, one evening we were placing our order and a woman was taking our order over the phone.
Sadly she was speaking over me and talking to staff at the same time. When we placed our order, the order was 0.48 cents under delivery. I said I will tip an additional $2.00 for the order. At that time I was placed “on hold”.
Unfortunately I was NOT on hold and the female said out loud “Jamie it’s da b.ch.s at the f.king resort, the order is 50 cents too little for delivery”. Male voice said “ no problem! They order all the time. ” I also heard another female in the background state “hey! Your still on the phone! ” The other female stated “ No, I’ve got them on hold”.
When she put the receiver back to her ear I advised her that she could cancel our order and I asked the name of the manager was she stated “Jamie”. I asked to speak with the manager. The female stated “ no he’s too busy but I’ll have him call you back”
I waited 2 hours without call.
Next day I called again. Same female answered and I asked for the manager again. She stated “ he’s too busy right now”. I requested to have a return call by Jamie the manager or the owner to return my call.
As of today we haven’t received any follow up calls from the management team at Rosati.
We are a successful business owners and as a business owner we pride our success in our strong customer service.
Regardless of the great food the poor customer service at Rosati in Houschton Georgia has left a bad taste in our mouths.

I've never had a bad pizza from this place. I've never had a mediocre pizza from this place. They have been superb from the beginning to the last. I just wish I was within delivery distance but it's well worth the drive.

We came in on a Friday night and was pretty much seated right away. The service pretty good. All the food was fantastic. Everything came out hot and fresh. The sauce was perfect on the deep dish pizza. Lots of flavor. The Italian meat sub was some of the best I've had. This place is worth a try.

MADE AN ORDER ONLINE FOR 1 DEEP DISH AND 2 MONSTER PIZZA, MY KIDS PICK IT UP AND GOT HOME WITH NO DEEP DISH PIZZA AND 1 MONSTER PIZZA, CALL THE RESTURANT AND WAS TOLD WILL GET REFUNDED FOR THE PIZZA CAUSE THEY WERE GIVEN THE WRONG ORDER. ITS 4 DAYS AND SPOKE TO 2 PEOPLE BUT NO RESULT. WE LIVE IN GAINSVILLE AND ITS A 35 MINS DRIVE AND WANTED TO HAVE MY FAMILY VISITING TO TRY THE PIZZA. UNACEPTABLE

Tried to order food at 8: 20 they close at 9.
Wouldn't even let me get a 12 in pizza.
Came from out of town and well all I have to say is my experience with customer service wasn't nice.

Travel all over the country and this might be the best pizza I've ever had! Service was top notch as well. Love this place

Absolutely delicious Chicago Style Deep Dish Pizza! Paul, our waiter, suggested we try the dough bites and they were superb! Tonight was our first time here and it did not disappoint! Paul was fantastic! If you order deep dish, allow 35-45 mins for them to cook it properly and it is worth the wait for sure! We brought a lot of pizza home too! Thank you Paul for a fantastic dinner experience! We will be back.

Left without even our app being brought out, after being there for an hour. One “server” while 2 bartenders and 5 kitchen staff people weren’t getting anything done. Drinks terrible. Last try for these folks. So many employees, no one doing anything. Drinks took way too long. So many complaints. Don’t even waste your time. Needs better management.

Have eaten here several times, each time it gets worse. We ordered Lasagna. Waiter did not mention you had to order your mandatory topping. I am not a vegetarian. Lasagna without meat is not Lasagna to me. The soft drinks were terribly water downed.

Good food at a decent price, definitely come for daily specialis. But it is the outstanding service that will keep me coming back.

Kind of a dive atmosphere but the pizza is amazing! As close to real Chicago pizza as you can get. The deep dish is great, but the thin crust is simply superb! Order it extra crispy for those burnt edges. Best pizza around hands down, no contest.

Always had great food! I know they are dealing with being short staffed, but if you can be a little patient, it's worth the wait. The Italian Beef is great and the thin crust is awesome. Also, the wings are fantastic! I highly recommend the mango habanero and hot wings. We usually sit at the bar on Friday nights and listen to Michael Brown play his acoustic set.
