Ross Dress for Less reviews
14The place to go, has a little bit of everything, and at bargain prices, that's my main store.
I like this store but it’s always a mess it’s a little overwhelming and I’m not really sure about the employees as they never really talk to me or ask if I beed help they just do there own thing
Awful! Left store without purchasing. Disorganized and poorly managed. 2 cashier's with at least 50 people waiting to be checked out.
Understand why all the bad reviews. The chain has gone down. This location in particular. The staff is rude unfriendly and evasive. From the fitting room attendant to the cashier.
The cashier (short stocky Mexican girl) was very nonchalant about customer service.she could care less about satisfaction. She abruptly put merchandise in the bag very sloppy, barely gave eye contact and was playing on the job. This girl did not take her job seriously at all.
She and a few others was a horrible representation of Ross establishments. Her type of behavior would surely keep customer away. I'm not to fond of the place either. If a company wants to hire just anybody who don't have respect for themselves and others.then wats the sense of pandering there? !
A very big downgrade!
I called the Hiram location tonight (after calling 4 other Ross locations which were super helpful) and very nicely asked if someone could go check if they had a size 15 football cleat as I live far away and my starting son ruined his cleat in practice and it was an emergency. Obviously I didn’t want to drive 2 hours “just to look” if they didn’t have any. It was 2 hours before closing and the woman refused to go check. Told me if I wanted to know something I would have to just come check myself. Such a shame customer service doesn’t exist anymore. Everyone at every other store did it with kindness and a smile.
Hiram location, just know you a below every other store around you who was happy to take 2 minutes to send someone to check and the one woman who was busy at the Acworth location asked me to call back when she was a little less busy and Checked later. The Cartersville location even sent me a picture of what they did have.
Hiram needs a manager that actually cares about making sure people want to support that store.
You need better staff. One girl was very aggressive to me in front of my mother. I don’t know what her issue was, she had red braids an was waiting on her Uber. I asked the cashier who was handling the transaction if everything was in the bag, this immature unprofessional female employee let out a scream like she was having a breakdown. Needless to say you all need better employees, I was calm an I specifically told her she was not who I was talking too an she needs to catch her Uber home. Quite frankly she doesn’t need to work there because she lacks professionalism.
The store closes at 11 pm but they close their fitting rooms supposedly at 8 pm. I asked nicely if I could just try on a couple of tops real quick and they got rude with me and said no, that they were closed and needed to be cleaned because they had been open all day. But no one was cleaning them at the time. They just had them blocked off. I told the lady she would be losing a sale and she didn't seem to care. She literally shrugged her shoulders. Ross will never receive another dime from me.
Neat and clean environment. Nice staff willing to help. Speedy service even with a long line. Will continue shopping here
I had a cart full of things and they lady told me I could not take the cart out of the store. I spent $400 and I could not take the cart to my car. Wow
I live in this area many years but never walked in the this store. I didn't great experience in other locations. But this one is great! Many great deals especially kids' shoes section and kids' toys. Also women's clothing too. It becomes my favorite and my always go to shopping store. Cashier is very helpful and fast.
That place was a mad house, it would've took an hour to check out! I'll never come back here
5/24 I drove from Stone Mountain to the Hiram location to begin to look for items to start back staging homes. I packed my patience as I knew it was going to be chaotic. Had my snacks! And comfy shoes. Only to arrive and your stores all across Atlanta market opened at 8am. Although your site said 10. Needless to say everything was picked over! Checkout lines were lengthy. I encountered manager Jasmine. Asked how many associates were on at the time, she got smart and said why, I replied so I can treat to your to lunch, then she mumbled about 35/37. I left the 3 items I did find and drove to local pizza place and bought pizzas for the staff, upon returning she barely wanted to say tHanks, her attitude and demeanor is a reflection of your company!
