Clean that huge, filthy, disgusting fish tank. It looks like a cesspool of facies. Poor fish you can barely see in the tank it’s so nasty. Those clown fish in the tank should be removed before they die. That tank is a reflection of your business. Clearly nothing to be proud of. Get it together. #savenemo

Bought my son a set of kiddie drums from this place for his 4th birthday.since he was with me I didnt want to carry them out of the store. They stored them for me free for almost a month until I came back to get them! ! Nice people.

I called and asked Valerie about a product. They didn't have it but she recommended an alternative (cctv vs.baby monitor). She saved me hundreds.
This was the complete opposite from what I expected from a pawn shop.
I've frequented pawn shops due to their general reputation but Valerie demonstrated why I should trust her store specifically. Honesty.

I was told before I bought a musical device here that it was in working condition. To my dismay it was not. I will never go there again. Just awful people trying to make a quick buck.

DO NOT USE THIS PAWN SHOP. Had a family emergency so I pawned my BRAND NEW laptop and when I received it back, it cuts off within 5 minutes each time I unplug it from the charger. It also has a warning sign when powered on that says, Battery is damaged or corrupt. I take it to the computer repair shop and they tell me that they are 100% sure that my battery was NOT the original battery that came with the laptop AND the battery in my new laptop was basically worthless! ROSWELL PAWN HAD TAKEN MY BRAND NEW BATTERY OUT AND REPLACED IT WITH A OLD BATTERY. The bad thing is when I brought it in to start a loan I CLEARLY remember the younger guy who processed my loan saying and I quote, "I have this exact laptop except I need a new battery". I called them from the computer repair shop but the lady who answered the phone said the boss was not there and she would definitely pass the information to the boss. She seemed concerned at the time BUT I received NO RETURN CALL! DO NOT GO TO THIS PAWN SHOP BECAUSE THEY ARE THIEVES!

The guy with the walrus moustache and no chin is a real prick. He tries to talk over every word you say as a way of bullying you into being ripped off. Steer clear of his brainless jibber-jabber.

Offered me $800 for a ring appraised at $5500 and hadnt ever been worn. I get that appraisals are inflated but it was an insulting offer. Would have taken an 80% loss on it. Don't try and sell jewelry here.

It was horrible. The front desk appraiser instantly shut me down for anything did not even look at my things that I brought in. She basically turned me around at the door worse experience I've had in my life that was crazy I've never been treated that way in my life. Do not go here I repeat do not go here!

The salespeople are all very personable and friendly, they have a large variety of items for sale (tools, jewelry, electronics, etc) and they are always very courteous, whether you are making a purchase, a payment, selling, or even just browsing. They are very knowledgeable, and build lasting relationships with their regulars. Roswell Pawn & Jewelry is easily the most fair to the customer pawn shop in the area, definitely the best in my experience, and I would recommend them to anyone.
