Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup, Conyers GA

I had a wonderful experience with my plumber Ryan from Roto-Rooter. I had a leak that couldn't be contained a day longer over the weekend.

After searching for a plumber I finally made one final call to Roto-Rooter and was immediately scheduled and had a plumber within 2 hours (actually less).

Not only did Ryan fix the issue quickly, he educated me on other things including potential issues that should be dealt with to avoid new problems.

I was very happy with the service and quick resolution of the problem.

Very professional. Seem to know what they were doing.

So far, everything is working fine.

What a pleasure it wants to work with Tech# 8109 Mr. Mel. He was very professional and thorough throughout the entire process from diagnosing to fixing all of the problems I had in my basement. MEL installed a new expansion tank, some piping and fixed my sub panel pump. I am extremely impressed with the level of knowledge he had completing this job.

The only itemization on the bill is $8,125.00 for labor, which by the way was 2 men for 4 hours. They replaced a pipe, they did not replace the ptrap as they had said they would.

I was pleasantly surprised with their service. I typically feel warranties never follow through but I ended up calling them to re snake my drain and Eric came back no issues and was great to work with, cleared the drain and now I can shower again lol.

Brian is the best. I just moved into a home with a number of issues and he’s come out twice. (The first time in the pouring rain). He’s always helpful and friendly. He gives you tips when you ask for advice, shows you what he’s doing, and doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg. It never feels like he’s trying to sell you something you’re not asking for. It’s nice to have a specialist you can trust. I’m calling him back for everything plumbing related.

Mel was very professional and very informative. Even though he could not resolve the issue, he explained next steps and made sure someone else came by to identify the problem.
