Sam's Club is the perfect place for bulk item's. Anything you could possibly need and more will be there. At reasonable prices.

Haven't been in this one in a while but as usual, clean, nice, helpful, and friendly employees. Totally rearranged inside but employees helped me figure out new merchandise layout.

Just a normal store, i dont particularly care that half the registers are self serve but the recipt checker guy (burke) was extremely nice, he alone made it a little better visit

Go here all the time. Pretty well stocked and maintained store. I changed my review from 5 stars to 3 stars. Long checkout times and I always have to go get my own shopping cart. Ill take photos next time, guaranteed not to be a shopping cart.

This place used to be a shopping joy, now this location is shear frustration. The workers are lazy and the aisles are not accessible because of large pallets blocking full access. Restocking goods should take place after or before opening.as opposed to running over customers with the cart attempting to stock while shopping. And why does it take 5 employees to move one driving cart? The refrigerator area is too hot and I've had to return to many food items as a result of improper refrigeratation

This Sam's Club is never over crowded with patrons until the holiday season. So, if you'd just like to get in and out, this is a great location to do that. However, this location does not offer fresh squeezed Orange Juice like the location in Newnan does. That's the only reason it gets 4 stars. Otherwise they have a great selection of seasonal items too.

The bakery associates take their time waiting to give you your cake. Basically just look at you and dont ask if u need help until they are ready

The is a great store but the store Manager is a very bad person.
I'm going public on the way I was treated by him and his team members.
I am sueing the club and the police department he and his team member told a bold lie and the police didn't look at the tape to see if it was a lie I was judge by my appearance when the 911 was clearly a lie I have been put in jail
And charged
I will spend the rest on my life making sure he doesn't treat no one else like this
Sam Clubs should br ashamed of his behavior and he will pay for it

Only 1 star because I can't give 0. This place is the worst. The staff members are overall pretty rude (some are super nice) the food area is always absolutely disgusting, the "manager" needs an education in management. Don't waste your time with these clowns.

After 10 years + of being a member of this Sam's club I am throwing in the towel. Horrible customer service surpassed only by the long waits in line. When they mismark an item they want the customer to deal with the manager to correct the price. Good luck finding an articulate manager there. Costco please come to the area and save us from this dump. I can almost guarantee you many of the customers of Sams club out here are desperate for an alternative. One word of advise though. If an you interview folks for a job at Costco it would be a safe bet to avoid anyone with Walmart/Sam's club on their resume.

Need more selection in store, the wait time is ridiculous and employees just stand around and watch the lines get longer.

Great store, clean and friendly staff. Products change all the time. If you're particular to a certain brand especially in the pet department expect changes often.
One plus to these changes they have started carrying blue buffalo dog food. One negative they stopped carrying my cat food.

The customer service at this store is the absolute worst. I called with the item number to check on an item I was on my way to the store to purchase. A bathroom Vanity to be specific. The lady that answered was rushing me off the phone say she could not help me, because there was no one on the floor. I tried to have her understand that I had the item number and that she only had to look it up from the computer. So, I asked to speak to a manager and she put me on hold without saying anything and guess what after a 20 min wait the manager never came. I called the store back no one answers. I am at the front door of this store now turning around to go back home I will spend my money somewhere else with better customer service. This was close to one of the worst retail experiences I have had. You have no one available to help and that’s what you tell customers. I may cancel my membership. Right now Im waiting to hear back from the manager Keisha who said she would call me back.

Bad customer service! Pick up is horrible. Don't waste your time, orders are never ready and never pulled. Food court staff is the most rude, unhappy, unprofessional set of individuals I've seen yet. PATHETIC! A reflection of poor management and manager.

Truly the worst online grocery service (pay online with in-store pickup) in town. No curbside service and a customer service crew more interested in their own social life than actually assisting the long line of customers waiting to pickup online orders.

After giving this multiple attempts, they have been consistently behind schedule, disorganized, pulling the wrong items, and seem generally unfamiliar with the concept of providing a more convenient experience than regular in-store shopping.

In comparison, over the same period both Target and Kroger have offered stellar online grocery shopping experiences with curbside delivery.

As lifelong Sam’s members, we will continue to take advantage of the warehouse’s discounts, but will skip the pitiful in-store pickup experience.

Took way to long to get pre-ordered groceries from two days ago. They need to work on a better system, or stop multi tasking thier associates with tobacco and pre orders.

Sam's shopping was fine, but here's my issue. You only have 2 lines with human-aided checkers, and you have a bunch of self-check lanes where customers are doing the work of check out now. And your bathroom looks worse than ever. Did you fire everyone when you got those self check outs? No one to tidy the toilets or empty the trash?

Great place to purchase items in bulk, whether its for an event or just personally shopping. The food cafe has great choices under $3.00, however the customer service is lacking.
