Sam's Club, Hiram GA

By far the worst Sam’s club ever. No one there ever wants to answer the phones and forget about speaking with a manager. I now know which Sam’s club I will not visit.

Not enough handicap carts. The ones they have are broken down and stop while shopping. Costco spent the money and have plentiful handicap carts. Sams in Hiram needs to upgrade and add some carts. Plus Sam's is trying to look like Costco. Not handicap friendly.

Shopping here during the weekdays is awesome. Its less crowded and easy to move around.
The Scan-N-Go checkout from the App was genius!

Lisa in the food court was awesome and very efficient and polite. She was all alone but kept her smile and positive attitude. Thanks for being so kind.

Just made a new TV purchase and we are very satisfied.
Had a membership before and let it expire.
The on line process to sign up for a renewed membership is a pain.
The site will not accept my email address because it is connected to the previous account.
The store staff were no help in resolving the problem.
The shopping experience is fine, the online experience, not so much.

Right now at Sam's you can join for $8 Up until June 26th I believe. 1st timers are or you can come back enjoying for that price

I always look for deals on memberships! Today I was able to purchase a membership for only $8.
My family loves being able to access special deals and bulk items! We also love making weekend trips for pizza from the snack bar.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have called the store as of 8 times (as of today) and was hung up all 8. One person from member services picked up the phone, made a store announcement then hung up as I'm steady yelling "helloooo" I called back the 7th time, someone answered and I immediately asked to speak to a manager and now I have currently been on hold for 13 minutes and counting smh. Worst customer service ever

1 lane with 1 cashier.
8 lanes to scan yourself. Everyone does not want to shop and scan their own groceries when we pay yearly dues.
And 1 person checking receipts out the door.

I Shop there several times a month with my wife, stocking up on bulk items like ketchup, mustard, paper towels etc.
Prices are pretty good.for now

I always get my gas and medicines here, as well as lots of food. Good prices of you don't like to have to find and chase sales.

Don't even bother using curbside pickup. I ordered a TV yesterday and paid for it. I selected a pickup time for today, 11am-12pm. It is now 1: 50pm and I'm standing in the worlds slowest customer service line to find out where my TV is. So much for quick and easy.

Sam's seems to be out of quite a few items every week. Today PREMIUM SALTINE CRACKERS and RITZ CRACKERS and more.
ELECTRIC CARTS all out of power and not one plugged in, others asking about them. 2 CUSTOMERS LEFT AND DIDNT SHOP!
I asked an employee, that was walking by, where an item was located, they told me they didn't work that area and kept walking.
NOT LIKE IT USED TO BE, I WONT RENEW (for the first time in 20 years) AND WILL GIVE COSTCO A TRY!

I had a wonderful experience at the customer service desk during my first time at this Sam's Club location this evening. There were two customer service staff members there who both had such a positive attitude towards customers and even though the store was minutes away from closing time, I felt like I was given a truly excellent level of service!

Absolutely awesome, I love sam's, I have no idea where to put a rating, but from 1to10 I would say A10,10 being the best Amen

Completely unable to reach by home at any of the options. I've tried multiple days and many calls. Just trying to spend several hundred there on some tires but I guess I will go somewhere else.

We were in search of Ginger Beer (photo to show what we were looking for) and was told that Sam's Club had it so we decided to make the trip.the store did not have it but we did find a strawberry Moscato.the store was very busy and all of the checkout lines were 5-6 families deep so we took advantage of checking out on the app and skipping the lines.the entire process was very efficient and made a disappointing trip a little better

The employees are extremely rude. They don’t even acknowledge that your are taking to them. The store has no inventory. The items they do have are expired. Your better off joining Costco.
