Not sure why.maybe supply chain issues, but both Sams (here and Aiken)
have been out of swaggerts sausage and medium milkbone biscuits for two weeks. They've also significantly reduced the size of their croissants. Just raise the price and give us back the old ones. Stop messing with our food. Its the one thing we all have to pay for and you need to stop changing sizes because of your profit margin.

A Lot Of Selections Just Did Not Find What I Was Looking For This Time But I Still Like To Shop Here

Found what I was after, at checkout, was pushed hard to sign up for a credit card, said no thank you. Kept trying for 3 times. Cashier must get a kick back. Take no for a answer.

Always find a great deal at Sam's club then lunch on my way out you can't beat it

I have an issue everytime I attempt to get gasoline. Either a pump doesn't work. The card reader won't read cards. So I chose to not waste my time at the pumps.

Prices are going up. Beer is up $3

This is my main location, and they are very rarely out of items that I really need. They have even gotten all of the self check lanes working. Of course, on Friday and Saturdays, it's always crowded, but manageable. The price of meat has ballooned, but other than that, it's pretty good. The staff has been good too, even in the self check area.

A good selection of items at reasonable prices. The lines were long but if you have the scan and go app it's seamless.

I love shopping here but can y’all please do something about the homeless people roaming the parking lot, as of late everytime I come here I see a homeless guy that comes up to people while they are unloading their groceries, saw it, but never had it happen to me til today, dude stuck up when my back was turned didn’t like that

I like Sam's Club and I have been a member for a ton of years as Sam's has great prices and I save on gas and food Gas is the lowest around

I have placed a total of 3 pick up orders with no more than 9 items each time. 2 of the 3 times they have forgotten an item. The first time I sent my husband to pick the item up (rotisserie chicken) and it was no problem. The second time is more frustrating because there were only 7 items ordered. I don’t understand how anything on the order was missed when the order was small. A quick glance to make sure everything is there before loading a customer’s car would save the customer and store time and frustration. Larger orders are tricky, but 7-9 items…. There’s no excuse. I didn’t send my husband to get the rotisserie chicken this time because we live so far from Sam’s that it’s not worth the gas. I called, got transferred, and no one answered the transfer. It rang for several minutes then took me back to the main menu. The loaders are nice but they generally don’t check the order so it causes an unnecessary inconvenience especially if I can’t get someone on the phone to remedy the problem. I’m supposed to be saving money and time, not spending extra money and time to get a $5 forgotten bird.

I pay extra to be a plus member and won’t be renewing my membership when it expires. When you get gas they authorize for $100 on your card so if you don’t have 100 you are declined. (Even if you only are getting $20 in gas you can’t) their scan and go charged me multiple times and they refuse to refund me and told me to dispute it with my bank. Bank said it can take up to 6 months to get my refund from the “dispute” asked sams if they could just give me a gift card and they said no they wouldn’t work with me at all even though they charged me 3 times for merchandise purchased once, even pulled up my Sam’s app and my bank account and showed them everything and they couldn’t care less. I will never shop here again.

Everything was ok until my daughter came out of the restroom saying a MAN dressed like a woman came into there.

Great selection of fresh meat. I came in today for the blueberry muffins. Love when they have instant savings.

The parking lot needs to be bigger. We use scan and go. We are able to get in, get what we need, and skip the lines. I love it!

Bedrick first off can we term you a modern day Superman bc you pick up two and three cases of water at a time and load these customers vehicles in record time. Might I add he has one of the best attitudes I have ever seen. When I bragged on him to management (Tammy best mgr ever came and completely transformed pickup) back to the story “someone shared that he is also taking care of his very sickly mother. Can u imagine the courage it takes to come to work and be so great that people have no idea you are in one of the hardest seasons of your life.
***Previous review… I’m actually a delivery driver for Sparks who always have hours and hours of wait times here at Sams for pickup. Today was different bc of a remarkable mgr Sonja H. This mgr didn’t just brush me off she actually did the Work…she even got my number and followed up with me. Like come on now who does that anymore …Sonja H do. We are quick to complain but we must be just as active to acknowledge pure greatness!

Sam's club has the best gas prices in town. They also have great prices on daily needed items. I like to go early and get done with shopping before it gets crowded. Paid the extra for plus membership and back to arriving early. Go early and beat the crowd. Just got home, everyone must have taken my advice because I went early and it was still very crowded. No problem lots of registers.

If you're going to push self checking then stop treating your customers like thieves at the exit.

This particular store (Augusta Ga) needs a good all over cleaning. The meat department smelled of seafood (and not in a good way). But nonetheless they had all the items I came for so it was a win in the end.

Love this place, but don’t go on a weekend! I wouldn’t have gone today, on a Sunday, if I wasn’t desperate for their deal on Ibuprofen!

Always find what I need and scan and go is the best invention they could’ve come up with! The parking could be better but what can I say, we have to park where it’s available. I just grin and bear it. Where else could you buy 2 dozen, organic-cage free eggs (if it makes a diff to you) for $7 compared to other stores?
The membership pays for itself the first time you shop!
