Sam's Club, Rome GA

I only basically use Sam’s because they’re the lowest priced bakery with decent treats and selections. Customer service has always been impeccable. Generally, I call those sweet ladies & I couldn’t care less about what color border they use on my cake, etc. Yet, they are always super nice and patient, and although I’ve ordered cakes for an array of different occasions and quantities, the quality has always been the same- great! Thanks, y’all! And I’m sorry for never having a care and not knowing what needs to be done. In the spring, I ordered a going away cake for a family at church who were relocating. People are still asking and talking about the Succulents in blue with the Bible verse that Sam’s made! Thanks y’all!

You can ALWAYS do better shopping at Sam's Club! Rome has the best staff and Assistant Managers in the world!

Sam's club as a store is great but I went in and got one of there hotdogs after shopping and to this day it was one of the worst decisions I've made in years. Later that day I had to go to the er because of how bad I had food poisoning. I'm not trying to hate on the store there great, but I'm trying to warn people from the 3 day of torture. I love to buy in bulk and the prices are pretty good but what I hate is when they move stuff around. Everything stocked up great variety.

I never have a problem parking. I make sure I go before 5 pm. They have a wide selection. I'm usually their for the Rosteserie Chicken. They are the best. I get my bottled Water, Toilet Paper and other Produce here. They need to have more samples available so we can try something new. The store is always clean.

Worst Sam’s Club experience I have ever had. I have been shopping at Sam’s Club for years and never had an issue like this. I was literally standing in the doorway at 8: 00pm and remembered I forgot one item and asked the guy could I grab it, he basically pushed me out the door and literally closed the door in my face and ignored me while I was standing directly In front of him (eye-eye) level. I have always respected my elders but this man was the rudest and disrespectful man I have met in a long time. When I shop, I don’t only want good prices, I also expect a good shopping environment. He ruined it. Worst Sam’s Club Experience Ever! I know this is not what Sam Walton visioned when he started this!

I have a choice of using a Oxford, Alabama’s Sams, Club, Rome, George’s, Sam’s Club. I love using the one in Rome, Georgia!

Great customer service at the tire department. I would've gave it 5 star's if they had a place to sit while waiting on your service. You just have to walk around the store while waiting.

All the staff from the entrance to the exit were very polite and friendly. In fact, they went out of their way to save us money. Great place!

I like Sam's Club. I used to shop at another national membership warehouse chain until their prices weren't competitive. Sam's Club still sells quality products for great prices. I can find everything I want at Sam's. I scan the products as I shop and pay with my card on file at the express checkout without waiting in line. What a great system.

Nice staff, well stocked. They even had my cheddar jalapeno sausage! We got the triple berry trail mix, an omega trail mix and pistachios to go with the cashews we got last time. Mix it all together for take to work snacks. Should last quite a while.

SHOPPERS BEWARE! THERE HAS BEEN LOTS OF COMPLIANTS ON THIS STORE EVEN FROM THE CORPORATE OFFICE. WHEN IT ASKS YOU IF YOU WANT TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT THE PAYMENT KIOSK AND EVEN IF YOU PRESS NO, IT WILL STILL AUTO RENEW IT. THEY SAID THAT AT THE VERY BOTTOM OF THAT SAME RENEW PAGE THERES A SMALL SQUARE YOU HAVE TO CHECK OFF OR ELSE YOU WILL BE CHARGED! CORPORATE SAID THEY HAVE RECEIVED CRAZY AMOUMTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ROME STORE

We really like Sam's but the apricots we bought yesterday were very mushy. You can not eat them.

Always a quick place to shop, save on bulk items, and find things you don't need. My only weakness is everything is accessible to put in my cart.

The experience is always great. Just wish there was more of a consistency in the product they carry from store to store

Worth the 40 mile drive. If you want value, this is it. Best brands best price. This place has some terrific foods that are fresh and delicious. I would bet that I save at least 200 dollars per month. They have a white bean chicken chili that is incredible. A bag of 5 avocados for 4 dollars, delicious!

Pleasant big box warehouse to shop at. Sam's club has good deals and seems to be pretty consistent in what they carry. They are not as "upscale" as Costco nor do they have as large a selection. Sam's is a smaller warehouse. Their prices are quite competitive.

I do like the "scan and go" feature on their app. It drastically cuts down on the lines at checkout. There is a $4 charge for curbside pick ups unless you sign up for their plus program. I have not done that so I cannot comment on it. The app has alot of similarities to the Walmart app which makes their inventory easy to search and the prices are listed.

The Cafe is very good. They have more selection than Costco's and the prices are the cheapest I've seen. The food was made to order and very yummy.

To sum up, I have no complaints and I'll be shopping here more often.
