Usually never have a problem checking out
Rang up the same item because it's the same price, but messing up their inventory. I dont know about the companies policies, and its not my worry. The computer allows you to ring up the same item, and I've done this everytime at multiple locations for years. So unnecessary to involve your clients in on your inventory problems, just red it out on the computer or incorporate instructions of mandatory scanning policy so customers don't rescan same items.

Always a pleasure, but a few of my favorites missing. Need more help in assisting customers with unloading buggies. Overall, great under the current circumstances.

This location is extremely convenient, readily accessible from either side with interstate exits nearby. The selection is limited, but altogether good.

The cashier with the yellow frame glasses was Very pleasant. Sam's should allow her to Host classes on being pleasant. She smiled the entire time. What a Joy to meet her today.
And the lady preparing the Pizza. Awesome too.

I have been stopped by the greeter 4 times to ask if I was a member and to show my membership card. And when I showed her, she rolled her eyes and tell me I'm good. Out of everyone that went passed by her, she only stopped me to question. Really bad customer service there.

From order to check-in @ the club to order delivery to our vehicle. The entire process was smooth, the staff pleasant and courteous all while remaining safe and protected (masks and gloves). TYVM, Sam's Club for a great experience.

Worst Sam’s clubs to go to. Nobody wants to help. Girl with black and gold long dreads doesn’t want to do her job. Useless.

Frustrated that they don't sell the Members Mark coffee beans we like anymore (Columbian Supremo). Also they had no Hidden Valley Ranch dressing or romaine salad. Won't be going to this Sam's anymore

Great place, really good prices. Perfect return policy. They really take care of its members. Produce looks and taste great. Great costume service.

Horrible service at tire center. Short staffed and very bad attitude. Don’t accept any help or f/u. You basically have to wait and stop by every 30 mins to check on your car if the job is done or not. It’s been 2 hours just to put spare tire since they don’t have tech to look at the tire. I still have to come back next day so they can check.moving to Costco for sure.

Pretty neat for shopping, some of the staff will call you out and try to give you your sample so beware if ya don't want one. They sometime mess up orders but the food is at Ata neat price.

These Chinese people in this town has no respect for anyone other than themselves. I guess that they think they own this town. This is America not China. They are rude to the third degree!

I have been coming to this store for over 6 years and getting things for my restaurant. I sell a good bit of onion rings and cheeses sticks. Over the last couple weeks you have been out on these items but have seen them on the shelves in the freezer. I was told they were soldto someone, but have not been picked up in over a week. Why haven't you restocked these items for other people?
I am sort of glad I have sold my restaurant, and now I can become a loyal customer to Costco. You probably don't care about losing a $30000 a year customer either.

I have been going to this Sams for over 10 years. I moved out of State a year, came back to find this store is the cleanest I have ever seen it, I asked if there is a new Manager, I was told yes. To the new manager, "What a difference!

Love, love, love using the Scan n' Go app. No more standing in line even on a crowded Saturday. Bought 10 items and out in under 15 minutes.

Nasty greeter nasty going in nasty going out.never been given orders like she did. I signed up for a new membership won't need it. Going back to Costco. It was like a typical Walmart experience.only 3 lines open and people lined up.

Customer service very friendly during the holiday time customer service was phenomenal even with the store being crowded and chaotic

Had almost everything we needed. Out of Members Mark slider rolls, so had to use name brand roll, which is sweeter and not to our liking. Otherwise, good to go.

Standing in line for a return with 5 people in front of me and the line has not moved for 13 minutes! WTH? 2 CS reps working but line not moving. Totally unacceptable!
