I am very disappointed that this store continues to watch customers pick up several items like crates of water (which is already very heavy) to the cash register only to be told by cashier that there is 2 crate limit. Why doesn’t Sams leave signs (i.e. Limit 2 per customer) by the items Sam’s wish to control? Your workers that have to return those items are all looking overworked and definitely looks like someone is overlooking the need to improve work ethics in this work space.
Shopping here isn’t pleasurable

I went to this Sam’s club to return some wood from a home improvement project and purchase a TV. The first transaction to return the wood was bumpy because the girl was new but everyone was polite.

When I got home I went to setup the TV and found that the box was missing some screws. I went back to exchange the TV and was greeted by leadership in a very aggressive manner. I told them I would like to do an exchange on the TV because it was missing parts. Not only did they refuse to help me but they stole my TV because of a processing issue that was their fault earlier! They called the police on me and told me I couldn’t leave with the TV I had just purchased! This was all done with the blessing of the manager Marcus White.

The problem at this location is with leadership, not the employees. I would advise customers to avoid this location at all costs. Costco has earned itself a new Cusotmer.

Better bring your own boxes.and plan on walking to your car peaple are parking in the load zone and going in shopping and it's cold today and windy.

Membership / Customer Service staff were friendly, polite, resourceful, professional and caring, as well as the employees on the floor and the checkout personnel. Thank you.

Absolutely no help from employees. They walk around and ignore people wanting to be checked out. I've never had to beg a group of people to take my money so much.save yourself and go to another location.

I always go to this store and have not had complaints in any dept. Though not counters are open anymore which is annoying.but that is wave across all industries and stores.

Poor planning to have no buggies at the entrance and a display station blocking the primary walk area to the store. Too many people this time of year to restrict walking areas. However, overall the staff has a good attitude.

Ordered toilet paper online got to the store and entered my order number in the kiosk amd it immediately sent me an email saying my order was canceled extremely disappointed with this usually totally satisfied with the store

Scan and go app is the best! Easy to find scan pay and go. Store is always clean, neat and organized.

Just got attacked by a vendor in the club. Had to call police.
Manager can't do anything about vendor because it is a corporate thing. His hands are tied.

Be prepared to get attacked and call the police like I did.

Although they have a positive attitude, too many workers saying "I don't know" really pissed me off today. Waited 45 min to be attended by someone who barely knew what she was doing b/c the manager was on break. I'm pretty sure I don't have to be a genius to work here, just saying.

Nice and clean. I love the easy self check out my membership was expired I was able to renew right at check out. I was in and out!

If there is stars less than one I will put it. I took my car to Sams Club Scenic highway to replace battery, employee from tire and battery checked my car and informed that battery is under the vehicle. It takes an hour and a half time to replace it. That was fake information, he was lazy to work on it. Battery was right under the seat and it didnt even take 5 minutes for me. They are lazy and load you with false information. Please don’t even think of going there!

Store ok, but David (a manager) was in parking lot speaking quite loudly to another employee negatively about an employee by name. Not a good managerial move. Especially when I happened to know said employee.

The customer service was top notch! I wish I could remember the lady who helped me at the member service desk and then she opened a check out lane to help move things along. She was so polite and willing to help in any way!

It's all self check! You pay for a membership and have to do ALL the work that they should pay someone to do! Yes self check out faster but only because they only 2 person checking people out. Not worth paying to be a member and having to have a part time job just to get what you want.this is what $15 an hour will get you.

Do not go to their tire department. Made an appointment, was told 40 minutes.over 70 minutes later and we still sit here with no explanation on why it's taking so long and no indication on how much longer. Go to discount tire instead!
