Sam's Club reviews
17This Club always have excuses of why they can’t do something. No forklift driver to accommodate costumer. They need forklift drivers y’all apply within
All the self-checkout lanes were open only one cashier. There were four or five people in front of me finally they open another register.you would think as busy as they are they would have more cashiers. To the manager people pay membership there you should provide better service.
This location is seriously understaffed! I am putting in this review because the member services is the PITS. I am in line with 7 others and one person is waiting on us - Same situation every time I am here. They relocated member services in the store so my hope is (maybe) the store manager will take an interest!
Had a great time in auto but when ibcame time to need something from the jewelry counter, no one assisted even after asking for help
Two experiences in one review. Went there the other day looking for a TV that was out of stock at my local Sam's club (which is great). Many of the TV's displayed were not the same TV as shown in the label below. Plus it turns out they didn't have the TV in stock, then I went to the food court for some pizza and it was nothing but scowls on all employee faces. Can someone tell them to appreciate the job they have?
Today I called their "customer service". First hung up on, then on hold for over 13 minutes. Done with that club for a while.
As a general rule you can find what you need at the Cobb Parkway, Marietta. This must be an awful place to work. The employees are rude and sour, especially the fast food area.
I've actually seen an employee walk away as someone was asking where the cleaning supplies were located.
This location will only open 1, maybe 2, registers. They'll just point at the self checkouts and roll their eyes.
If you have the time, I suggest going to the Woodstock location. A much better shopping experience.
They have one person checking people out of the store and so as people are checking they are cutting the line causing multiple issues
Nice food court inside. This location has gas pumps. Plenty of parking. Good wholesale club prices. Bakery staff is friendly. Check out process needs work.
Great experience. Not a lot of shoppers. Tried the scan and go app. It works great. No standing in line to check out.
The Pharmacy staff were really nice. They even stayed later to fill 2 of my overdue prescriptions. The I had a return and a purchase. The three ladies at customer service were awesomely funny.
Ike is calling people retarded screaming I have issues I have issues and Miss Margaret is blocking people at the front door and nudging them in the stomach when they try to pass with her elbow
Worst Sam's Club ever. I was here the other day, even though that wasn't a busy time, but when I walked all the way to the gate, there were no carts. Me and all other customers had to go back to the parking lot to get carts ourselves. Then after check out, there was only 1 employee at the exit gate checking receipts. It took her 5 mins for one customer, and the line got back up super long. I was there for my dog's food only but took me a really long time. I will avoid this location
This one seems bigger than other Sam's clubs. Clean. Avocados were past ripe and some were going bad. Did not give me confidence in the produce. Hence the 3* review.
Excellent shopping for large families and businesses. One stop shopping for optical, specialty wines and pharmacy. Single people beware, try not to purchase more than you may consume from the grocery department.
Felt like I was checking out of jail, exit line was crazy long because of this, manager was Rude, will not be back to this Sam's, I will stick to Hiriam store
Its clean, bright, organized and well stocked. Its also not as crowded as other Sam's that I've gone to. I went on a Tuesday tho
