This club is always crazy busy. The lines can get really long. They do a great job keeping the stock filled though, so it's a good club.

If your not checking out with the app your missing a great timesaver. I'm just saying. I saw the lines wrapped up 10 people deep with baskets full and I was able to walk out the door showing only my QR Code.

Something is oddly disturbing about many of the employees at this location. The customer service at the Mountain Industrial location is absolutely horrible! COVID-19 has seemed to bring out the worst in their employees. In the last few months, I've had one standout employee who probably stood out because she was actually friendly. (I commended her in one of the surveys that Sam's Club periodically emails to their customers). BTW, don't try calling. They pick up the phone, say nothing at all, and then put you on hold for half-an-hour. Then, they eventually hang up on you!
1. I recently had to exchange a 2-pk.of baking sheets because the hidden, bottom tray was badly scratched when I opened the package at home. The 2 female employees who "helped" me acted like I was boring them or wasting their time. They seemed upset that I'd want to exchange the defective tray.
2. The first time that I purchased my items online and had to pick them up in-store, I wasn't sure where pickup was located. I immediately walked to the customer service desk, assuming that it was either there or that they'd assist me. On this visit, there were 2 women and a man standing there. This time, not only did they act like I was bothering them with my inquiry, they didn't even know where pickup was. They had to ask another employee who only pointed out the general area. When I got to the checkout area, I asked another employee who had to ask someone else. That guy pointed to an area and said, "I think it's over there. " I was perplexed that Sam's Club's own employees were clueless as to where their own pickup location is. They wasted so much of my time.
3. I sent my husband to pick up our 3rd or 4th online order. When he came home, I was infuriated to find that the tomatoes he'd been given were visibly moldy. (Other items were set on the container of tomatoes and my husband never bothered to check the items before leaving the store). I sent him back to Sam's Club the following day to return them. What a waste of our fuel and time!
4. Yesterday evening was my last time in a Sam's Club. The "funny" part is that yesterday morning, I'd paid our $100 annual business renewal fee 11 days early. I'd also ordered items (in the same transaction as our renewal membership) and was set to pick up my order between 7 and 8PM. I arrived at the store at 7: 45PM, but there was no one around the pickup area. I waited for a little while, expecting that the appropriate person would see me and come to assist me. Finally, I saw a woman who was assisting a cashier. I asked her if she could call someone to the pickup area. She looked over and said that it must be closed. I explained that my pickup time was between 7 and 8PM. She asked the cashier for help. The cashier looked at me and asked to see my app. I told her that I didn't have the app. She said that I had to have the app on my phone in order to get my purchases-items that were rightly mine because I'd already paid for them! I told her that I couldn't put another app on my phone; furthermore, I'd been making my pickup purchases on Sam's website and had been picking up my orders with no hassles. (If you couldn't pick up orders using their website, it wouldn't be an option)! She looked confused and asked me if it was during COVID. I told her, "Yes, " and that I'd never made pickup orders prior to the pandemic. She then repeated that she couldn't let me get my order without the app. That was the final straw for me! Again.wasted fuel and time! I left that store determined that I was canceling my membership after years of being a loyal customer. I'd rather drive farther to get the customer service and treatment that humans deserve. Earlier today, my husband and I returned to the store to cancel our membership. However, when we arrived, the line to enter the store was curved around to the side of the building. We left, made the drive and cancelled our membership at the North Druid Hills location. I now feel free and unburdened!

Ok prices but very crowded. Make sure you come early to avoid crowds. Also use the app to check out. Much faster than waiting in line.

NOT ENOUGH CASHIERS AT CHECK OUT FIR THE VOLUMES OF CUSTOMERS. AND YOU CAN NEVER FIND AN ASSOCIATE FIR ASSISTANCE WHEN IN SEARCH OF AN ITEM. DO BETTER IM GOING TO BJ OR COSTCO.

Well since Sam's closed my closet store this location is my closest now.
I can always find whatever I am looking for, it is always clean and the employees are kind and courteous.

Shante in the bakery was so helpful and went above and beyond helping answer question and fill out the form to order my wedding cake! I will definitely be ordering more cakes from this Sam's location thanks to Shante!

Everything was ok while shopping; however, after waiting to checkout, had to wait again in a very long line to get my receipt checked at the exit. Should not have to wait twice.

Called the tire department from the time the store open to 15 mins before it close. No one I'n the department would answer the phone. I was placed on hold a few times. Over 10 mins twice. I guess in Hope's I would hang up. The last attempt to speak with someone I spoke with the store manager. He looked up the information. Terrible experience. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my local Sam’s Club closed down unexpectedly, so this location was the closest to me. I must say that they are very friendly in this location and they try very hard to check you out in a timely manner. I refuse to go to Self Check Out, because I like HUMAN interaction and I want as many PEOPLE to stay employed as possible!

I am familiar with this warehouse, I have been a member for more than 25 years and am overall satisfied. I do my tire services there except alignment. They do not offer wheel alignment.

I guess you won’t know it unless you shop at Costco as well, but SAM’s Club is so slow. The inefficiency has to affect their bottom dollar. I truly hate to shop here. I’m a business owner so I understand being friendly to Customers is good. However, get your customers in and out to raise the bottom dollar. This type of efficiency equates to higher pay, better bonuses, better employees, higher paying customers, etc.

The young lady was pleasant, friendly n helpful at the shoppers care. Dinner time about 6 pm Not 1 rotisserie chicken ready. No handicap scooters n I only saw 1 being driven n one uncharged. Overall it was spacious n clean and plenty on stock.

I love Sam's scan n go. I'm in and out with no problems. I'm able to avoid the long lines and the long wait time at the register. If you don't use the scan n go, you should, it's a major plus
