Bought a new washing machine from them two months it didn't work guy said he would come get it to get fixed never showed up it still not fixed

Got a great price on a new clothes washer. They even brought it out and installed and took the old unit in one day. Been extremely happy with the new one. Would recommend to friends.

The service from the staff is excellent. The new owner has the most helpful attitude. She helps you decide the best option for you and your family; not the most expensive product she has. Highly recommend.

I called up there talk to a lady. She was very nice to me, she ask for the model number so she could get the parts. And she did. It took 3 day to get it back but that cause of the part she ordered great people

I went there yesterday to buy a fridge and had a great list of options to choose from. The prices were very reasonable, and the staff was very helpful. The refrigerator was in great shape just as good as one would be in the big named stores, so I got an awesome deal. I had a question about the fridge after hours, and the owner was very quick to respond after dark hours, when she could've waited till the next day. But she cared enough to make certain my foods wouldn't spoil so she made certain it worked before ending the conversation (which it did). 5Stars for great product and customer service

The new owner, Lacie Johnson, was very knowledgeable regarding the dryer we were looking at. Her husband was very helpful in getting it loaded on our trailer. We will definitely return when we need another appliance!

My dryer stopped working at the worst possible time, having other expensive maintenance house repairs right before that happened. I was totally stressed and walked in the store expecting to find nothing, however, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service Lacie provided me.she is amazing! I ended up purchasing a matching side by side front load Samsung washer and dryer at a great price, and they even delivered the next day! I will definitely be back for all of my appliance needs and I highly recommend!
