Gentleman that helped me was very thorough and courteous. Guys that loaded and tied my freezer down, didn't have a clue.but I made it home!

Easy to get to, employees are very helpful, low in stock for microwave surplus of washer dryer and stove.

Really nice stuff, but you must shop fast because all the good stuff go out as soon as it comes in. But we will shop here again. Omg! An the service ladies are so nice they dont pressure you, but give u all the time you need an great suggestions.

Inventory was limited at the outlet center, but did seem to provide good value and deals. I did not find what I was looking for so did not purchase anything.

Not the best prices for things are visibility damaged. Sale prices from other stores are sometimes better. Plus, there was no one in the store to help.

After searching I found the 1 employee working in the appliance depot which gave me the "store closing everything must go! " price which was only 30% HIGHER.than Amazon. Time to throw dirt on Sears.

This has been a main source of household appliances for my family. They have a good selection of items with some damage, but if you are willing to take some time to look, you can get a good quality item for a great deal. The negative is that the online inventory list is usually inaccurate and so you need to go to the store in person to see the inventory. The staff has been helpful in answering question for me so I can make an informed decision.

I was in the market for a refrigerator, and I stopped by just to look around. Your associate Kameron did a remarkable job with assisting me & helping me find the right refrigerator. If anyone stops by ask for Kameron! Will be back for sure!

It was pretty empty, they hardly had anything decent for sale and they sold out of all of their advertised beds, mattresses, box springs and bed sets. It took a whileto get my question answered because it was only 2 people there working.

Horrible service, and lack of anyone who was actually willing to help you. Tried to buy a small item and was completely ignored by the woman at the only register who walked off as soon as I greeted her, only to see her chat up people looking at appliances. Don't waste your time here unless you have nothing else at all to do.

Staff totally disinterested in customers. Finally tracked one down and she was too busy to get a price for me. Only 2 customers in store! Never again. Also, what prices I could see were only about 10% off list, a lot of items damaged. Not going back.

Kay helped me very quickly, was thorough, made sure I had everything I need. I bought the appliance yesterday and it's installed. I highly recommend this place if you need a quick solution.

Great prices but the customer service is atrocious. I have been in this store several times over the past two months and I have had a bad experience with the employees every time. This store would have a lot more business if they hired a brand new staff.

Two fridges bought, both broken. I called to speak with a manager today and she kept me on hold for 25 mins before her lacky informed me she was in the bathroom and would have to call me back. No call back and no answer during business hours. This has been the worst experience.

Over priced items that are used.the employees are not helpful.the restrooms are really nasty, full of human waste.avoid this place at all costs.shame Sears use to be a great place to shop.

I was there about 45 minutes found a chair and other things I wanted but never saw and employee saw 4 other couples there as well including one other couple that sat on a sofa close to the register waiting for someone to come help us and no one came so we finally all walked out. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me post without at least 1 star

Stopped in on my lunch break to check out there refrigerators. Kia and Kisha was such a tremendous help. There system froze mid transaction and cause a disaster. Kisha jumped in and immediately turned my entire experience around. Thank you Sears Outlet for owning my customer experience and having great staff at the forefront. I will definitely be back.

I was blown away by the great customer Kay provided us. We wanted an item that was not on the floor and another associate went to the back and said she didn't have any more. We asked Kay to please take a look for us and she did with a smile! Thank goodness she went because she found our item. Kay really went the extra mile to provide us impeccable customer service! We will definitely shop here again.
