Great customer service great free parking despite being in Midtown Atlanta and as always Ace Hardware has the greatest inmatory in the country

I came here today for a plumbing issue and the staff member was so helpful! Spent a long time trying to find me the right part and when we couldn't find it, he directed me to where I could. Half hour later I have the fix!

Super convenient location and extremely helpful crew. I usually call ahead to make certain what I need is in stock, and then walk a few blocks up Juniper Street. So much easier than driving to a big box store to look for one item.

Not sure if today was an off day but the associates were very involved in their conversation rather than assisting me. I work in Sales and this was a pretty sad to experience. I live a few blocks away and have shopped here before. Guess I will try the Virginia Highlands location.

My neighborhood hardware store. Every time I go the staff is friendly and helpful. I love the location. It's rare they don't have what I need and have offered to special order some things for me.

Other than the elevator being broken for several months now, this was a good experience in every other way! The young man who helped went upstairs to find my items, since I use a walker and cannot access the upper floor. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

Simply the best. I have become friends with the store owners over the years. We moved to Sandy Springs, but I will still call the midtown Ace for items I need. They are so friendly and always have dog treats on hands for the fluffy patrons.

Store is beautiful inside and out and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They did an exemplary job on their renovations and the customer service is a superb. They keep everything well stocked and maintained. The prices are very fair! I will keep coming back.
