Signature originally thought the issue was one problem and then discovered it was another. They didn't charge me for the original part, since it was the issue, then referred me to a location that could solve the problem. Signature is always honest, and forthright with their service.

Great service and value, especially for foreign cars that are expensive to service at the dealership. They have done several repairs as well as routine maintenance on my vehicle, and the work has been accurate and well executed for a fair price. They always strive for customer satisfaction and stand by their work. Recently purchased another used German vehicle and dropped it off for them to catch up on a periodic maintenance interval, not yet performed by the previous owner.

Spoke with someone that was cutting me off when speaking and rushing to get me off the phone. Then when I go in they didn’t have an available loaner car since one was in use and the other was out of commission. Also when the run a diagnostic they clear the code so I’m unable to immediately take my car to another shop until the light comes back on.

Every time I visit, it's always a wonderful job. Amazing job - Wonderful people - The best part is not just one but a lot. Technical advise, price, well in time, wonderful people and a lot more. They take care personally and technicians are not changed almost forever. Proud of you all. I get fix all my cars at this place. They found quality parts at a better price.

Simple straight forward people to work with. Helped get me in for an oil change inspite of a packed schedule. Was willing to say no if time was not adequate to perform the work.

The best service I’ve ever had at a car repair shop! They fixed my car’s air conditioner the same day I dropped it off after I was told by multiple Ford dealerships that they would have to keep my car for at least a week. They are super knowledgeable and upfront about the issue with the car, as well as the course of action to fix it. I will only be going here now for auto repair!

No respect for people, just disrespectful unless it's cause I'm black. I know I'm not welcomed in Cummings, Ga I know for a fact they hate black people.
But when at work and it's business they wear it on they sleeve and show their racism instead of hiding it. Just the manager not the whole place.

Even though they were busy, they were able to quickly find the answers to the noise I was hearing and after giving me the cost involved were quickly able to repair my car. This is a place you can appreciate for doing quality work.
