SOUTHERN APPLIANCES, Tifton GA

My front loader washer stopped draining and i called them and they all were so nice. They got me up and running and have checked on me after a week just to see if all was well in my washer world! I called around before finding them and the other places were crazy priced and rude as can be! I will forever be using and grateful to southern appliance!

My grandmother's dryer stopped working so we called Southern Appliance Sales and Service. They came out in a few days. The technician, Chuck, arrived on time and put on booties to cover his shoes to make sure no dirt was tracked into the house. He then promptly fixed the dryer and explained other issues that we should be aware of for future wear and tear, to keep the dryer functioning well. He was absolutely amazing, and the whole experience was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend to anyone for servicing/repairing your appliances!

I had the most pleasant experience with service on my refrigerator this morning. Chuck M was wonderful and took the time to explain what was going on and the repairs needed. My refrigerator is now working properly again. Very happy with the service and the prices

Just Wow. They called me back when i didn't leave a message, searched the parts quickly, had it ready when i arrived. They advertise next day delivery of parts ordered by 3pm. I was referred here due to their excellent home service calls

Vehicle mechanic told
Me long ago to always ask for parts that are changes on my vehicle and now I’m applying it to anything that I have to hire someone to repair. Was told I need a new pump on my LG washer, fine, order the part. Mind you, he did not perform a thorough check as he said he knew exactly what was wrong and only pulled the machine out to look at the back.part came in, SA tech returned to put on and the machine gave the same exact error code as before. Second repair person sent out to repair and he said it would cost close to $600 additional dollars after we’d spent a total of $342 for the first trip out. I called and spoke with the Manager who just gave a bunch of excuses yet refused to refund me my money for a pump that serves me no good. They want refund and if they do, make sure to get it in writing
