Picture this: long curly weave to the ground. Long cardi B nails. Braces. Plucking the meat out of her tooth with that long nail. Yelling out loudly the name of the next customer. Eye rolling. Teeth smacking. Waving those nails about. Factual scenario.

Absolutely horrible. Free trial IS NOT a free trial. Service is horrible then the want to charge you for the free trial. DONT waste your time. Just get ATT

Visited 3 times, different weeks, each time I was told they could not handle the issues. Each time numerous employees in the store sitting around.
This last time I went to return the equipment they would not take it. I was told only UPS could return equipment. This was not the information I was given over the phone by Spectrum.
Spectrum needs to evaluate, as they are paying people to sit around.

Spectrum is garbage, always have internet issues, power outages at my business. As a business owner, absolutely DO NOT USE SPECTRUM for your business. I wish I could give 0 stars

I went in July 7,2023 to replace my router and return some items. When I walked in, i was pleased by the store manager working there. Really good customer service and really sweet. I didn’t wait long and the lady that attended me was super sweet and had a great attitude!

Baaad. Driven 30 min from another bad spectrum store to return their damn equipment. All they could say to go to ups store otherwise i will wait. Dang it.

They have been saying their “systems are down” at this location for the past 3 months whenever people are coming to return equipment. Instead of doing their job, they send everyone to the ups store to do it for them.

Terrible internet provider. I live in a home where two of us work from home. We have been experiencing 1-2 outages each week the last 3 months. These outages last anywhere from 15 minutes to 4 hours. It’s making work-at-home very difficult and stressful. Our home along with multiple others in the neighborhood are being forced to search for another internet provider.

Called and tried to get to this location on the phone to setup an appointment to get a new modem, after the storm killed mine. Couldn't give me a # and now I have been waiting to swap out this modem for 30 mins. This is ridiculous. I hate this service.

Never come here even appointed!
I was waiting over 1hours but still waiting list. So slow take care of it. 3 people attend but very slow. Just switched cable modem & router.
This is horrible. I was complaining but they said come back tomorrow. No manager on duty. I do see all reviews amazing never fixed. Owner said just sorry no change.

This visit was to exchange a "fried" modem after a lightning strike nearby. It was a very fast and easy process and the employee was knowledgeable and helpful.

Not enough people are posting their good experiences.these guys have been spectacular and I am very particular about customer service. Yes, I have on occasion pulled a Karen on incompetant people. But Sprectrum has always been on point and in particular this store. Malik is an asset for sure. Knows his stuff, efficient, easy going and quick! There is also a lady who wears a Harley Belt who is equally good, but i didnt catch her name. Prices and service os as good as their employees. I highly recommend.

Visited the Store as Duluth store is permanently closed

1. Store is in prime location with target and Home Depot near
2. Store is big compared to Duluth location
3. We have nearly 3-4 customers agents always
4. Greeted with welcome when entered
5. Since I am returning old equipment I have conveyed the same
6. Quickly got confirmation on return and receipt aligned to my account
7. Clarified some question on phones and plans and got all answers

Overall experience is good and attached photos from store.

Always a great experience here very helpful staff and I like the new wait process very efficient only complaint is when people are done with their transactions especially if there is a language barrier they should let them know others are waiting for assistance and not to linger & think of additional help or questions they may have

Went in today and was not looking forward to experience since I read so many negative comments! Waited less than 3 min! Ana my service rep was absolutely fantastic. Kudos to her for taking the time and actual had a nice conversation while she looked my account as my Router was no longer working! She got it all set up gave me info and I was out the door in 15 minutes. Ana was absolutely fantastic. Please ask for her as she is top notch. Thanks I have my internet back working great.
