What a bunch of crooks. We went with a different service provider and called to cancel our service in November. Apparently, they set the cancellation date for January 1st, instead of November 2nd, so they could continue to charge us. Now, they are trying to say they have no record of us calling to cancel and the charges are valid. If there is no record of us calling to cancel, then why was there any cancellation date in the system? This is ridiculous.

Very poor customer service, I have cable, internet and mobile with them so my cell phone bill is supposed to be $45 each month but they keep increasing it because they pick up signal from different cell towers and they have to charge for that. Atleast so I was told. Am very upset because I signed a contract to pay a certain amount but am being charged differently. I called them and asked to speak with the manager and she was very rude, talking over me and adamant she won’t give a refund because the cycle ended and it’s policy. If I were you reading this I would not get their services. It is horrible, signal drops all the time and moreover they don’t put their customers first. Spectrum y’all really need to do better.and it’s obvious that am not the only customer that’s no happy with them!

My mom and aunt service in Gray, Georgia is spotty and goes up and down all the time. Had to generate a Public Service complaint with state of Georgia to fix a problem which affected everyone living in that retirement community. After they realize it was a major outage and fixed the problem, I was promised a one month credit to my moms account. It came in the form of $19 for over two months of interruption. Anyone experiencing this poor service need to generate a Public Service Commission complaint. This is unacceptable. I wish there was a button for a zero rating!

Horrible company. Told a credit was added to my account for 3 months. As of today still haven't reflected at local office.

My connection has never reached the 1000mbps I pay for, measured via cat6 Ethernet straight out of the modem. Also, the connection drops CONSTANTLY. On average multiple times per week for hours at a time. Generally works fine for most things while up, but certainly not as advertised and very unreliable.

Terrible service provider. Internet goes out all the time. They also make it a pain to cancel. Don’t use them.

Never knew they had an actual store lol. They fixed my problem and were very nice. I got new equipment and they upgraded my service. HOWEVER, they have the worst driveway for a retail location that I've ever been to. My car scrubbed going in and coming out.

Very disappointed. Member of staff told me Spectrum doesn't lock their phones, however, that's not correct. The phone is locked! So not helpful!

Totally disregarded everything that I asked. The store's employees were incompetent and Spectrum has spread itself too thin. No mobile store between here and Covington, but they will sell phones and mobile "service” without actual customer service.

Terrible customer service. Tech was 4 hours late. The whole process ate up 9 hours of my day. I have only had service one day and am already looking into other options.

Call spectrum instead, or go to a different store front. It took me nearly three months to realize that the people at the store had signed me up for a phone service that I’d asked them not to. Fortunately Spectrum’s phone customer service is better than in person. I was refunded all of the sneaky charges and my account was fixed in minutes!

They used to help you out with a deal for being a loyal customer for 20 years. Now they charge me $170 for internet and cable. What a ripoff!

Worst customer service I ever experience in my life all three front desk staff was completely uncooperative and nonprofessional I was trying to replace remotes from last three months and they keep circulating stories they behave with me as if I am criminal and upon asking for supervisor to talk about my problem always they told me that there is no surpriser I am talking about Milledgeville office they should learn from Comcast about customer service
Should need to close this office west of resources
