My go to store. Even before it was t-mobile and was sprint. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I was happy to find this place to fix my cell phone, because I was in another place, and they couldn't fix phone. Thank you so much to all of this persons!

They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. They kept trying to make me get a additional line I didnt need.

It would be nice if the staff here knew how to manage the line of customers when their technology has failed them. I was next in line and was skipped over by both the Manager and another employee.
I guess this Manager needs to learn how to use a paper sign in list when the technology fails rather than guess who is next or REFUSE to take the word of his employees.
Great Job. Go to the other Sprint store. These guys do not have their act together!

The waits were long and there was no one to engage me with my Phone needs due to their being more customers than people working for Sprint.

I hate going here. They lie to you so much and when you get your bill they have added somethings you weren't aware of.

Do not shop here. Got a new Galaxy Note 9 and had some questions about it. Made an appointment went in they asked if they could help. When i said yes i was told okay. Then for the next 45 mins I stood at the counter while four Male employees stood around talking about personal problems. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME. Go to Best buy.

With such a bad customer service, it does not deserve a review. People here dont even know what they are doing most of the time and prividing false information. So glad im chenging companies soon

The sprint complete guy there is the bomb. Hes Tall, darker complexion. Anyways he's on the top of my list. He'sFriendly, informative, and speedy. Would recommend to everybody. At least the sprint complete side.

This store does not honor your appointment time. Lets people break line. Slow, not people friendly. Customer service is a joke

Location did a fantastic job with my phone repair. Jonathan from the repair department was extremely friendly and helped a ton. Larry helped get us into the iPhone X for my finance and made sure we knew about the various promotions that we could take advantage of. Bundled the screen protector and case together to get us a deal on a much needed upgrade without us getting like we were taken to the cleaners. Ideal experience all around.

Went in for an issue with my Samsung S8 and was greeted with a smile from Josh. The issue was resolved within 10 minutes, and I was on my way. Thanks Josh for your kindness and knowledge of how to fix my phone. Your the best!

Very long wait time. Worker scratched my phone screen. Didn't address the issue we went in for! I can't wait for my contract to be up so I can go back to cricket.

I've been a Sprint customer for over 15 years, this is the first time I had a store steal from me. When I called corp to complain, they lied about what happened. It is so totally amazing, I guess the company is doing so badly now, this is the only way they can make money. We know it is not from their service, that is for sure.

Had my phone repaired, they did a great job on it! While I was wait on it, I I made another purchase. It was out of stock at that store, they assured me they would have it before the end of the day. They didn't!

Great service from IT department. Sales department was not helpful, barely looked up when I entered.
