I’m fairly new to the stonecrest area, and thought I could go to staples for more of my kids school supplies and I was pretty amazed with the customer service I received there. The girl at the cash register with the glasses is so nice and respectful, I needed assistance in the printer area and she had no problem in helping me. I will definitely come again.

The worse customer service. Older man working over in copy and print refused me service because he said no one was there to do the job. My question is why are you here sir if you do not want to work now. He stated he’s off tomorrow, Wednesday has nothing to do with a service I am asking for today. His response I’m not here tomorrow and just walked away with out rendering service to me. The job is not hard for him to ring me up and put me in line for whomever is coming in next, and not just dismiss me. No I have to go to the Tucker store where they now how to conduct business. I won’t be surprised if this store closes next leaving the people of Stonecest having to drive 39 minutes just to get good service. Unbelievable!

Terrible customer service. I had to wait for someone to get to work just so I could pick up a printed online order that was already done. When I told the man that I just needed to pick it up he responded as if that wasn’t his job and told me the person was on the way. Won’t be back

If Staples is going to be a shipping partner of UPS, then they should really collaborate on the ability to scan codes for shipping labels. There is very little convenience in them being a shipping partner if you cannot do what you need. Instead, you must email the label to a Staples email address and wait "5-10 minutes" for the confirmation email. Then you must go to one of the self serve printers and finish the transaction by following the steps. That would be okay, I guess, IF the email ever came. It is 4: 45 p.m, 50 minutes after the email was sent to the staples email address and I still did not get it. Luckily, I left after about 5 minutes because I saw this going awry. Some people may not be able to do that. It is a frustrating process that is really uncalled for. It is 2021- get better technology.

Worst customer service ever in the print and copy center! If you don't want to be at work, don't go! Don'tgive attitude to the customers! If you can go somewhere else to get your print and copy service done, do so! Save yourself the negative energy!

Always clean during COVID19. The young lady in the back of by printers is always rude. The man is always nice and very helpful. They offer prints for 18 cents. Very convenient if needed. Three stars for average customer service skills.

I normally only go to this Staples but I always have an issue so I go less as possible. Some of the employees really believe in self service. I have asked for help and some employees are not knowledgeable or just unwilling to go beyond their delegated duties. But tonight I got great customer service from a trainee named Ashley, she was so helpful. I really appreciate the help she gave me and my daughter. Keep up the good work.

I just left out of this nightmare of a place. First, this bald headed black guy walked right past me and asked the two people behind me what they needed help with. Never asked me anything at all just stood there looking at me after his disrespectful actions. Then after he finishes with this lady she comes and gets in front of me as if I wasn't standing there. I just walked out. They are totally unorganized and unprofessional. I expected better from staples, but the way I was treated by this bald headed black guy where you print and make copies was totally rude and unprofessional. I will never come back to this store again. Thank you FEDEX for your professionalism and courteous staff.

I order a computer by mail and tried to exchange it for the same one since there was a spot on the screen. The pixel was damage and I was afraid of screen damage later. Customer Service refused to exchange my laptop since it was opened even though it was within the 14 day return policy. I was told to go to get help from HP. When I called online, they were able to help me and take back my opened computer. This store has poor customer service because the employee refused to help a customer.

Part 1

I'm giving my visit a 3 on Thursday May 14 2020 because of ONE printing services help who claims she was a supervisor. I have been a staples rewards member for 10 years *MOFFATT-CARI***** RENAISSA*** Since 09/00/2010 Rewards# ******2052. NEVER HAVE I EVER HAD ANY TROUBLE from this or ANY LOCATION no matter how big or small my request is.

I had mask, gloves, hand sanitizer and my own spray cleanser. This is COVID19 times and everyone is EXTRA STRESSED. We are navigating a new world and figuring things out. I get that. But one thing that is STANDARD ACROSS every point in time is the duress on Black People being profiled, judged, ridiculed, convicted and sentenced no matter what they do good intentions or not. I want better and be allowed to make mistakes.continued in next review.

No one around to help. I had to find someone. The only place I can find staff is when it's time to pay at the register. Young woman at the register had a lackluster attitude. Will not return!

Poor customer service at Copy Center. The store clerk wanted me to charge. 15 on my credit card for one copy. After I declined, he advised that I load. 15 on a cash card. Well, when I tried to use the card, it didn't work. I had to ask another store clerk (Paul) to assist. Paul was GREAT but the time spent with the other store clerk for one (1) copy was ridiculous. I expressed my concern to "one of the managers" but he wasn't really concerned. This is why Office Depot is my first choice.

I had been looking for computers for over a month. The tech gentlemen Stanley and Jeff were excellent. They educated me concerning computers and got me the best computers at an awesome price. I actually ended up buying 2. I also bought 2 printers for less than $100. I feel they went above and beyond to make sure that both computers and printers were set up. I am a very satisfied customer!

Mr. Paul is more than an asset to STAPLES. He was super well versed to answer all of my questions and concerns, eloquently multi tasking with the many customers waiting to be serviced, while kindly and proficiently training a very pleasant new hiree. This guy is a GEM. I hope STAPLES recognizes the unmatched service and professionalism they have in him.
