My prints were very nice and clear. The employee took the time and answered all of my questions.

I had an amazing experiance, the employee who helped me (Richmond) was beyond helpful and friendly.i tried to place a online review for staples tyemselves but couldn't figure it out.anyways, highly recommend this staples, above and beyond!

I have always received excellent customer service with each visit. I highly recommend this location. Very knowledgeable associates.

For starters staff do not know how to place printer orders. Wanted a different size banner I could not order on line, site says to come to the store or call I went to the store and left disappointed. The ordered I did place was to be delivered 1/16. Thats a holiday, was assured by the store C. O. B. 1/17. When I contacted them 1/18 because my banners had not arrived I was told the date was an estimate. In the mean time traffic is blocked at my place of business while waiting on an order that is "on the truck" to show up "sometime this week. " If you are ordering products for your business please use a more reliable source other than staples.

Worst Staples I ever visited. Associates moved slow as snails. No one was at the front to check out customers. One customer even left because of no service. Lobby entrance is dirty. Overall not a pleasurable shopping experience.

I never leave reviews, but I wanted to give a big shoutout to Richmond. We've been to this Staples multiple times for various purchases, and he's always so kind and helpful. It's certainly not easy working in the retail industry these days, but you and your team are doing an awesome job. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I swear, every time I come here they NEVER have what I'm looking for. Complete waste of my time. What kind of office store can't even keep a proper supply of binders? This is why I always go to Office Depot. At least they know how to keep inventory.

The employees including the manager knows nothing about their web cams, scanners compatibility with HP computers. Very rude!

These employees try their best to be sure orders are taken and people get what they need, even when short-staffed. Dominique, Magarita, Hannah and Kimberly, especially Margarita who went the extra mile to ensure my order was accurate this time. Margarita goes above and beyond to help while ensuring everyone has a pleasant professional experience. This helps create a great overall experience for all of the staff working so hard. Excellent!

Suggestion:
Perhaps support to staff with extra incentives, including upper management, for putting forth their best effort. Speaking to the other associate who seemed extremely unmotivated to assist anyone.
Bottom line:
Be patient and know the workers are trying the best they can. Kindness goes a long way:)

I was looking for an office chair that provided lumbar support. Richmond (Staples team member at the Peachtree City location) provided exceptional customer service not just in helping me pick out my chair, but also when I came back almost 2 weeks later when I decided to return that chair because of back pain and get a different chair that Richmond recommended. No issues returning and Richmond helped through the entire process. Thank you Richmond!

After a terrible experience at OD in Newnan, came to Staples. Impeccable customer service. Josh was wonderful, offered multiple options, knew how to use the resources he had to facilitate customer need. Wonderful employee, great customer service, seamless experience. Do not know the lady’s name that was with him in the print shop. She wasn’t helping me but she was also enjoyable, friendly, and that is customer service in and of itself. Way to go Staples!

Every time I go in here, unless it's someone around my age who knows how to use a computer, I have to stand around for insanely long amounts of time just to get a SINGLE print. And it's not because they're busy, either. Today I went in after work, asked for a large format print and was told "sure, no problem" I stand around for a whole god dang hour only to be told they NOBODY in the store knows how to work the printer. How the he'll do you guys offer print services and NOBODY KNOWS HOW TO USE THE LARGE FORMAT PRINTER? Train your staff and stop wasting people's time.

I can not rate this store with one star in good conscience. But there is no lower rating that I can give. I am handicap and my elderly handicap mother who is on a walker went into the store on 11-15-21 at 335pm in order to obtain a calculator. That was because we could get no cooperation or information off line. The employee who was the only person visible behind the register when asked for the calculator deliberately sent us the wrong side of the store in order to find NO CALCULATORS present. I had my elderly mother wait in one spot at the wrong side of the store and I walked through the entire store and only found one in the clearance section. Which is located in the back of the store and not where we were directed. It also had no price on it which did us no good. When we left and looked for a manager to file a complaint we could not find anyone. This store is not handicap friendly or even customer friendly and would not recommend it for anyone.

So we were ready to checkout but nobody was at the counter. So me and my friend decided to say excuse me to the lady working close by and told her we were ready to checkout. SHE TURNS AROUND AMD ROLLS HER EYES AT US. Like hello it’s not our fault we were ready to checkout and nobody was there to help us. CHRISTANY WAS HER NAME. I would suggest not to check out from her.
