Staples, Macon GA

I’ve never had a great experience at this staples, or honestly any staples when it comes to printing. The employees always seem miserable and aren’t very kind. Yesterday I came in expecting to have a bad experience per usual, but I had the opposite experience because a lady named Helen took care of me. She was really nice and I was in and out, which never happens. I appreciate the kindness she showed me & I hope it comes back around to her. Keep it up girl.

I went to staples to use the fax machine. I asked several times for help because the fax did not go through. The employee brushed me off with a very short answer and went back to what she was doing. I asked the question again she act like she did not hear me. I asked another employee, he did come to help me but, did not want to. I did what he said but information was not accurate. I asked could he come to see what the error was he got his stuff from behind counter and walked off. I will never go there again.

Nobody seems to know what they are doing at this location, none of them seem to want to be here and most of the employees have attitudes. The man that works here told me to go to a ups store. This is a ups shipping location, why can't you just figure out how to get the job done? What a waste of time!

The 50 minute roundtrip to the Macon, GA Staples is worth it because it's always a pleasure when visiting. I am immediately greeted and assisted upon entering the store. I use the printing service often and it is always a smooth process. There are plenty of office supply store near me but I know that I will always receive exceptional quality and service Staples. Thanks to the entire staff for taking pride in your job to serve me!

On the staples website it states that they have a 110% price match guarantee (staples would match Amazon price plus 10% of the difference), however, when I asked for a price match they price matched it equally to Amazon without the extra 10% of the difference. 110% price match guarantee is a lie. Should not have wasted my time and gas buying at Staples. Should have just bought it on Amazon. So buyers beware.

Been here a couple times before, the printers get jammed pretty often but the staff is nice

I’ve used staples for miscellaneous printing over the years for my business. Today I attempted to have 10 pages printed and was told I had to go online to place my order and that there were 15 customers in front of me and no chance I could get it done today. I had to wait for 10 minutes for a print shop employee to help me because they were all socializing at the main registers with other employees. I’ve had great service in the past and today was a complete shock. I will never spend another dollar with staples for any printing or office supplies
