Truly one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Would give 0 stars if I could. They have used up enough of my time, such that I won't take more to write out a detailed description. Rating to warn others- really, don't go to this Staples.

The absolute best experience - beginning with my call regarding the print services. Once I arrived I was greeted with friendly and knowledgeable service. Thank you Staples Tucker Location!

I usually do not have problems at this location however today your tech Curtis was very rude and when attempting to explain something to my 75 yo mother. I didn't like the way he spoke to her as she was explaining that your website says something different than what was available in store. He was very rude especially since we were his 1st customers for the day.

Very unprofessional no customer service skills especially the individuals in the prints center. If Staples, if you allow your employees to continue to operate like this you will not have any business or they will be replace by robots.

I wanted a picture printed. It didn’t get done. The girl had me wait half an hour to tell me it couldn’t be done. I’m avoiding this location.

Printing and Copying Center is very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. David understood my needs, to him my greatest thanks. I will continue to be a Staples customer. Great Service!

The King had to order a notary stamp and Christina took good care of him. She was polite and very professional!

I went in to get a few electronic items. Usually, Staples' price is higher than other stores on most of the things they carry, esp.on snacks/breakroom stuffs. But if a savy shopper who has the patience to use coupons and rewards then it pars out fine. I used a few coupons and rewards in this trip to save some money and the clerk was patient with me to help me check out 3 items with a few coupons/rewards I had.

Store manager Christopher was awesome. He and tech manager Lynnzo walked us through the entire purchase process. As we walked through the store Lynnzo was there for us answering every question. Christopher checked us out on our new business account, making sure every available advantage possible was given to us.

Great Place! Its my local store that I visit on a regular basis. The staff is friendly and the store is very neat and well organized.

This store can't figure out how to do a simple exchange, neither the employees nor the manager.

My go to spot for all my print needs. Every year I print my Christmas cards and pick them up the same day. They also print all my address labels. I also went to Staples to mount our welcome sign and wedding seating chart. Lee is awesome, he always make sure all my projects come out great. There are some other employees who are not as helpful. The prices are also great.

They're good customer service the workers there a very helpful very courteous to standing in line waiting there was an associate came up and offered to take me to another register fast and courteous service

Reasonable place for printing and shipping. The prices for laptops and computers are good only if they are on sale.

The new print and copy staff need a little bit better customer service training and origination. I like the older staff so much better.

Nice Staples! It seems like an odd place for one, but the more I think about it the more it seems like a good spot. It's near my home, and the place felt very safe, clean, well-organized, and well-stocked. I wandered around for a bit trying to decide between two journals and was asked by two different workers if I needed any help. They were very polite and kind! I found just what I needed - and it was even on sale!
