Staples, Fayetteville GA

So, last week I came here and got the wrong firestick. I was meant to buy the 4k and accidentally got the wrong one. So, I came in today and asked if I could do an exchange and just pay the difference. They said because I didn't have a receipt that they'd give me store credit according to whatever the lowest price 9n the web had it. So, I paid 39.95 for it plus tax. They said they could only give $22 credit because that's the lowest price on the web. I was like what? ! It says it on their selves the same price I bought it for and they were about to gain more money back! Well, after that bs, they've lost a customer for good! I will not be coming back for anything! Office Max you'll be gaining a faithful customer!

My print job and those of 3 other customers had problems. One person complained about her braiding salon business cards settings. It was altered and the colors were darker fudging the photos on it. The other person had a SteinMart bag of 11×17 high quality Hammermill Paper to replace faded color documents of MLK, Jr for a large event. I couldn't see the 3rd persons errors. I drove there 4 times to get an incorrect print and cut order with matching envelopes I didn't ask for. The erroneous package was pricey 25 for 27.99.
After mentioning price match by phone to each representative changed the category of my order was changed to 3 different descriptions (postcards, photo, and invitations). Those changes prevented the price match. The staff has potential, but charging more to simply print or deal with uploads, consistency in printouts, costs, should be easier for all participants.

They staples has terrible customer service. I went to this store to get some things printed. They did acknowledge we were waiting but helped everyone else just to keep the line down. We waited just to be told they couldn’t help us with our request. This could have been prevented had they looked into it first before taking other customers that cane after us.

Good selection of things, I never knew there were so many options for chair mats. Fast checkout, and a really good buy on some gel pens from their clearance area

The check out process was painful. Two employees, one at each register, each serving one customer a piece. I stood in line for over 10 minutes while they made chit chat with these customers. Once one employee finished, I went to the counter and she walked away. I then waited another 3 minutes for the other employees to finish, and then checked out.

Employee's were in short supply, and wouldn't even LOOK at you if you were OBVIOUSLY looking for something. What happened to customer care?

Went into the store when there was only 15min before closing. The first employee I see was an African American woman with glasses and she was sweet as could be!

Not only did she help me find what I was looking for with a huge smile on her face, she educated me on the rewards program and was so gracious the entire time.

It was actually my first time at Staples and she was incredible!

I visited the Fayetteville store today and my sales associate was Ken L. He went above and beyond and offered the best customer service that I have received in awhile. I will definitely shop the Fayetteville Staples again!
