Summit Ace of Lavonia

Absolutely some of the best customer service you will find in a hardware store. I went there just yesterday and the young man cashing me out went out of his way to save me a few dollars. Highly recommend!

You can always count on ACE to have what you need, with great people to assist you finding what you need. Very clean and organized.

This store has lots of hardware store items but lots more for your home, pets, outdoor living areas and more. Helpful staff and great outdoor greenhouse area. Check them out!

They don't know what they have, i drove a long way for nothing! I looking for a capacitor, and in they web site said available, but that a lie, they don't have it!

Found exactly what needed, good service. Than we went next door to Debby Deals to dig thru the bargain bin, afterwards got a bite to eat in same area, exit 173 off I-85, lots of local shopping and food, good exit to stop while traveling.

Very high prices and a bit uncomfortable atmosphere but that have just about everything you could need.

This store is very convenient for me. I've been doing a lot of renovations here lately. I've found that Ace paint is cheaper and better than Home Depot & Lowe's. Really nice not having to drive 25 minutes to get simple supplies.
I don't remember the young man name that helped me with the Traeger grills but he sure knows everything about every series in the store. You can't get that at a big box store.

Excellent customer service, lots of choices, easy to maneuver thru store (not a huge warehouse), great prices, easy parking!

New hardware store located in Lavonia. Much nicer than shopping at those big box stores and they have a good inventory so you have a very good chance of finding what you need.

Very nice people that were very helpful. They have a lot of very interesting and unique items in the store. They may not have the big box store prices but they are closer to me and more convenient. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.

As far as pricing, what is your time, gas and convenience worth? Not to mention knowledgeable and helpful employees.

I have NO clue how they have a rating of 4.6! Every single time I go in there NO ONE helps me. NO ONE knows anything! The cashiers are incredibly rude and have absolutely no idea how to operate a cash register or how to count back change. And the only person in there that moves with a sense of urgency seems to be Tammy. I guarantee she doesn't get paid enough to deal with that store. I have no other option but to go to this store because no one else around here sells what I need to buy. They get the 2 stars for Tammy and having products in stocks. But customer service seems to be a foreign concept for anyone under the age of 40 that works there.

We had to stop in because our truck broke down and we had to use plumbing parts to fix it. Danny and Hannah at the Lavonia Ga store were AWESOME! Even in pouring rain they helped us get back on the road. Thank y'all so much!

Large selection. Great customer service. One Big down fall. They do not recognize our veterans for any discount. One thing im proud of Home Depot for doing.
