9I received exceptional service. The sales rep, Chris, is very knowledgeable about all the products and services offered. I am a pesky customer and he was unfazed. All of the employees are very polite and professional.
Chris was by far the best customer service rep we have ever dealt with. Helped my mom find a new phone and helped explain some things no one else ever has.
This place right here well so far the employees are there is pretty good but one tried to try me, with an dirty attitude No that's definitely Not the answer nor proper business wise way.
I haven't been with them long but their service are much better than Cricket that's for sure, and the people there they treat you with much respect and willing to help you which is a A+.
Watch STAR and she is a manager. The greed is bad. Went in yesterday to pick up a phone I ordered online. Waited every bit of an hour for help which wasn’t a big deal. Anyways she get the phone ready put a case on it and a screen protector. I get ready to sign agreement as she said and pay the remainder of a deposit to come to find out she charged me for the case and screen protector to get double up sales. Which the 2 accessories were over 150$ and I have to pay on them every month. Lol. Big scammer. Never asked did I want it. Claimed I was signing for the rest of the deposit. Asked for receipts that were refused and now I see why. Calling customer service and corporate. She would not want to be lied to and neither do I. Canceling the everything.
Great service, unfortunately spent $70+ for power cables that weren't for the brand new phone I got. Note9
The sales person was professional and very polite he knew what he was doing and I enjoyed having him as my salesman.
If you get something online that's defective they are of minimal use. I was sent an defective S8 and I wanted to exchange it but the manager said they had it in grey/ A different color so couldn't do it. It's a shame that brick and mortars are disappearing but with this level of service and usefulness they won't be missed.
