I called just to check on iPhone availability. I've been on hold for 15 minutes. Does it really take that long to check what's in stock. Not going to this store.

This the worst location by far. Horrible service. Employees do the bare minimum. They are always out of stock. I feel like I’m pulling teeth just to get anything from this store. They don’t know what they’re doing. I officially hate this location.

No one was able to fix this “restricted caller ID” situation I was dealing with except T—My phone corrupted and somehow she was able to set it straight when corporate and their customer service techs and all these other people couldn’t figure it out. She is a QUEEN

This is unfortunately one of the few locations that has a technician available to repair phone screens, and their service is horrible.
I walked in and an employee (who was sitting alone at a table on her phone) made eye contact with me, didn’t greet or acknowledge me, and continued sitting at her table. When I asked for information about phone upgrades, one associate told me one thing, and after picking up my repaired phone and attempted to do the upgrade, the associate I was working with told me information that conflicted with what the other agent told me. Their lack of knowledge paired with their nonchalant attitudes towards customers was very frustrating, I won’t be returning to this location.

Terrible service. Majority of the staff were unprofessional. This location is close to me but I will take more time out of my day to go to a location with better customer service.

This store is the worst! Neither Sprint or T-Mobile will add any company owned stores that offer tech support. That means a 30-45 minute wait even on slow days. The customer service is AWFUL. I'm standing here watching staff stand around while customers are hovered around the door waiting to be signed in. This is not worth anyone"s customer loyalty. Go to Verizon. I certainly plan to.

If I was able to give zero stars I would. Went in to change my screen protector. After all, I do pay for that service. I understand it’s a busy time of year. When I originally went into the store there was more customers than employees, placed my name and phone number on the list at 4: 30pm and went shopping to stall time. When I came back there were 7 employees and 5 customers. With a history in customer service I know there are underlying work so I waited. When I saw the customer that came in right after me and put their name after me get serviced, I still remained quiet and waited. Last straw was when their fellow colleagues came in with phone issues and took him to the side and started servicing him, after I’ve been waiting 30min for a 10min service I was livid. I left the store and went on with my day, as those customers were not the only one who had last minute things they needed to handle. I got a call from the store at 5: 40pm stating they are ready for me; when in reality in my time there I watch the employees talk and laugh with each other, watched 2 customers who walked in after me getting service and 2 employees sit on the back table and relaxed. Just because someone is not purchasing a phone, this treatment is unacceptable. I do not like doing reviews but I shouldn’t have to drive to the next store in town to get service, mind you the other store was a lot more busier, and still manage to get what I needed done. This store needs a refresher on customer service

Terrible service, they need to learn what they're doing to work there. Some are helpful and great people skills while others are extremely questionable hires.

Made an appointment at 11: 00am it is now 11: 45. I really thought this would be a come in and come out process but as the text shows it is not, highly would not recommend making appointment because it does not get honored, furthermore it’s not a Friday, Saturday, Sunday. I would be more understanding if it was busy weekend, NEVER AGAIN.

I just want to say. SASHA is literally the best and most caring individual. She took her time and made sure my questions were answered and i understood why they were charging what they were charging and even helped me contest the charges from my old phone that i paid off. And may i add she did all this for me while assisting other customers and not once did i feel like o wasn’t getting her undivided attention. Thank you so much SASHA.

It is February 26,2020 walked in about 11: 30 am, ok should be no wait time. I waited about 5 minutes, not bad. I have a Note 5 with insurance at the time of placing an order for the charging port in the phone, order no problem. This order took place in mid January. Friday after 5 pm when this took place. I needed the phone for the following Monday for work. The part will not be in till Tuesday. So I upgraded to S10 and also was able to get a tablet that was available with my upgrade. Also picked out some needed accessories for the new phone. Walked in Sunday February 16th to have charging port installed, I walked in about 1hr and 1/5 before closing. Checked in, all I needed to do was drop off the Note 5 and I'll come back when it's ready. I was told I had to WAIT till I was called. Closing time is 6PM. So if I waited till I was called it would have put me around 9PM or later just to dropoff my phone. I did not have that kind of time to wait, so I left having to take my phone with me. So now it's Wednesday February 26, how I started this page. The part is in but they won't install the charging port. Two Service techs kept telling me it's been to long since I ordered the part and they can not put it on, unless I pay for it out of pocket. I placed this order before I made the upgrade to the S10. They never put the part in and just told me to have a nice day sir. Jamari was the original salesman at the time of my upgrade, he was there and offered no assistance. There is more but I am tired of writing this. The wait and slow customer service is the main reasons that this place is so horrible.
